Went to gamestop to trade in some old stuff, and found Wasteland 2 physical release! Had no idea it was on disc.. Same price as download, so I snagged it. I was going to pass on this one beacuse of price, but ended up with some extra credit, so..

In the middle of updating, I had this weird message come up and say contact Microsoft support in 8 languages. I turn on my xbox off and it was back to updating, anyone else experience this?

Storeparser.com is what you're looking for. It hasn't been up nearly as long as xbldb, so it doesn't have a very deep price history, but it's a start.

Adorama via ebay with free shipping. Amazon and Best Buy had it for $65 a day or two ago.I could swear Fry's had it on a one day deal for $60 couple days ago too. I paid $70 for mine and it's served my Xbone well.

Tried all game types. It's vanilla maps because I don't own any of the DLC. I am playing from EA access so whatever is given to me for free.

Seems like a late September patch messed things up. Here's a link to the issue on forums, they are looking into the issue and will be patched within a few weeks (posted on October 8th, mentions multiple crash fixes but no this issue specifically which I've heard before they can't "guarantee" fixes for legal reasons)

I remember my time with the beta and decided to delete it without trying again, I already have plenty of good mp shooters so I don't see the point in adding a bad one to the backlog.

I can't stop playing MCC online, if this is what a broken online game looks like I don't think I'm ready for a polished one. They also added Halo CE 4v4 :D

 
What a gaming last night..We did kings fall raid in Destiny, and we made it to Warpriest. We got stuck, and we called it for a night. Gonna try that tonight if all shows up. Any tips other than Sniper dmg + Shadowstalker + WoL = GG. We just don't deal enough damage yet.

Back to topic...Hoping for some Halloween sale! Need some spooky games to play.

Yeah came out on Tuesday on both platforms. Also, Divinity Original Sin has a console release same day as Halo.

They patched it a few weeks ago and it somehow got worse. Consistency doesn't exist as everything is all over the place. One match your on fire and go 21-1. The next match against the same group of people you're constantly getting a glitch that prevents you from shooting, massive frame rate drops, and guns that shoot marshmellows.

But yeah, it's the consistency, it's all over the place so stuff like this is all too common.

I agree with you, Strider. I went on a rant pre-patch a few weeks ago and people shit on me for it. The game is very broken. Had to stop playing it. Starting to think the P2P servers were better.
 
I laugh my ass off seeing raging videos from Ultimate. If in previous gears I'd get pissed cause I missed a sure kill due to opponents skill of wall bouncing, than here honing your skill experience went down to shit. Just take a walk through the map, stand still and shoot, why cover?  The game is on your side : )

It's really random then, but I'm glad It's working for you guys. Then again I never had issues with MCC most of the time, and a lot of people couldn't do jack shit in that game. I occasionally get the one map/match that won't load every few days but generally MCC is fixed for us.

Yep...only the back ones work...the side one doesnt..is that normal?

The side one powers up the External, but it wouldnt recognize, tried the back ones and it allowed me to format it and now it works.

yeah, powering accessories from the side port is no problem at all. but i learned to not count on it for data communication. i'm not sure if that's by design or not. something tells me it's supposed to work like a normal usb port. keep in mind this is only from my personal experience.

Is it slower to download/read games from the side port than the back?

I dont really have space to allow a external usb since it's a thicker and less bendable cable in the back usb ports

i don't use the side port for data drives. when i said accessories work, i mean non-data peripherals that just need power (controller charging cable). i use my external usb-powered drive on the back port. this is my main source i keep all of my games on.

What I don't get is why you were formatting the drive at all. (I assume you were doing that from a pc)

The Xbox does that for you when it detects a new device.

I was actually testing the drive on my PC since the box was banged up badly due to being on clearance at Target -.-

Had to make sure it worked properly.

Yes art and environments are really pretty. I'd add one more achievement for sitting down and enjoying the view in every chapter. The story is brilliant and dramatic, love the interaction with objects and people. This adventure in Brothers had me laugh hard and also made me drown in my tears. Short games can pack quite a punch.
