On the whole, the theme in this thread, for the past few days, has been to shit on Halo's party - almost as if it is personally ruining their life somehow. I dont give a rats behind, though. I am going to play the fuck outta Halo. 

 
I've honestly never been huge into Halo. Part of it is because I don't do multiplayer, at least not until Destiny - then I can ignore little shits as much as I need to. I think I'll play through MCC and by the time I'm done, Halo 5 will be about half price. I guess I'll play Reach as well, still have a download code for it. Hopefully it will be on the BC list.

By the time you make it through MCC, Halo 5 should be real cheap! Tomo night is gonna be epic! I think I'll pick mine up after work on Tuesday.

Halo is the new Limbo on CAG!!

RBI 15 is really glitchy.  Incorrect calls (I've seen instances where people were "Out" but the game doesn't actually remove the runner) and the AI soft locking the game are the two frequently occurring glitches.

I don't hate the game like most of the internets does but it's annoying and I kinda regret buying it now since I doubt this will be patched.

Seeing the supposed ending wouldn't wreck it for me. I've finished all the Halo campaigns but 4 and can't really say wtf happened. I really enjoy the games and the setting but I just never grasped the Halo story haloness ...

Before the latest update, I had three big problems: two console resets and a hard console power down. Afterward, I've only had a problem starting Destiny once, and a power down / power up fixed that.

Am I the only person who expects to be disappointed by Halo 5? I was so disappointed with everything about Halo 4, the wacky complicated story, class based multiplayer, etc. I was incredibly excited, and it was simply so disappointing. I have really enjoyed all of the build up to this game (Hunt the Truth), but there is still a nagging thought in my mind that this game will fall flat on it's face. 

I don't know. I have my copy preordered. I really hope it turns out well, because I would love nothing more than another fantastic Halo game. 

Edit: I could also see myself beating the campaign and going back to MGS5 immediately. Metal Gear Solid so freaking good. Definitely my GOTY until Halo, Fallout, or Just Cause.

After reading the reviews I think I am waiting on Halo 5.  Not that it is bad but I honestly have little time anymore for a deep dive into multiplayer. 

Spoiler on SP.  Nothing about the actual story but just the characters.

I was surprised to read Locke is the main protagonist. You play as him in like 80% of the game.

Reach was GwG when I let my sub lapse right before I picked it back up because of GTAO. Reach was a download code with the last 360 I bought.

yeah plus quite bit say the arena bring's back the halo 2 competitiveness and just as good.

so obviously the multiplayer portion is worth GOTY multiplayer awards which is good to hear after Halo 4's multi.

Plus all the free content coming out till june next year. Plus forge looked great that they revealed even though we don't' get it till December. BTB i heard November.

I got the dauntless visor that comes with the Master Chief controller. Some of the the war zone unlocks look sick. That ONI scorpion. Nobody can cry about not enough armor and helmet selection, 175 different pieces of it.
