Seriously only want to play the campaign so probably rental. Titanfall 2, Gears 4 and Battlefield 1 are really enough for shooters right now (and got The Division free from Amazon :) and Watch Dogs 2 free from work :) :) ).

And I haven't even finished the campaign for any of those. Close to the end of TF2 though because it's just so damn innovative and refreshing.

You get a bunch of bad ass skins, you get Season Of Infamy (which is really good but very short, maybe a couple hours of content), a few short story missions for the ancillary characters like Robin, Nightwing, Red Hood, and Harley, you get the Matter Of Family DLC where yoh play as Batgirl, and you also get more racing challenges with that goddamed Bat Tank than you could ever want. But that last part will only bother you if you're a completionist and care about achievements. For $16, that's a hell of a fucking deal. I'd jump on that if I didn't already 100% it.

Thank you for your input. I just read about this game on the web and seems like most people hate the Bat Tank part, but I think I am gonna buy it anyways.

 
I went by Staples today and grabbed $100 of XBL credit for $80. That's a damn good deal with all these sales going on... probably going to grab Dying Light and Titanfall 2 digitally today. I'll just sell the disc version that's on the way from the $26 Best Buy sale the other day on eBay...

The tank is awesome in the beginning. But they just waaaaay over-do it with racing challenges and Riddler traps that require the tank (seriously). And there are just far too many tank battles; far too many. But other than that, the story is absolutely amazing. It's a fantastic capper to the Arkham trilogy. And the game is gorgeous, probably the best looking game this gen.

the trilogy has 4 games though

 
As expected, Pure doubled in price to $9.99 used at GameStop. I did a "pick up in store" last night and, of course, they wouldn't honor the $4.99 price.

Just another reason I never shop at GS anymore. I mean is there literally any other store that has in-store pickup that doesn't give you the price you ordered it for? Can't think of any.

If it still shows $4.99 on the website they can adjust the price, but you aren't guaranteed a specific price when you put a game on hold. It's the same at Fry's.

Yes it's one of the, if not the best gaming tv you can get right now. Input delay is very low in 1080p, 4k, and hdr settings (around 20 ms). Picture is great, colors are great. I have no complaints about the tv having bought a 65" a few weeks ago. Hdr gaming looks beautiful as does 4k and regular 1080p. Go to rtings.com to see more indepth review about it.

Oh, if you're watching regular tv on it (non-hdr), I suggest turning the color space to "auto" as the "native" setting can be a bit over-saturated. Otherwise people can tend to look a bit orange...and bright colors will bleed into one another.

Well, regardless, it's just another reason to not shop at GameStop. I literally haven't bought a single new game from them since GCU started. And only one or two used games in the past two years.

GS always has kind of sucked but funny how it seems like not too long ago people like us were called "devil" customers by Best Buy. Now their GCU program blows pretty much everything else out of the water.

You are by law here in Italy, but they usually either make it disappear from their inventory or move it from new to used or viceversa to bump the price. They had an old LE new for a cheaper price a while ago, did the thing and they rejected it, called them and they said "whoooops it's used actually but maaaaaaybe the codes aren't used?". Yeah fuck off, I bet you just wanted more money, asshats

Despite what was posted earlier, Pure _does_ have a digital version. Unless it's been delisted..? Game popped up in my queue when I logged on last night. I would hold out for that rather than give GameStop $9.99.

GS always has kind of sucked but funny how it seems like not too long ago people like us were called "devil" customers by Best Buy. Now their GCU program blows pretty much everything else out of the water.

I'm so happy I switched to all digital this past year, and this is just one reason why. I don't even have to get up off my lazy ass to get a game anymore which is a plus, but not having to deal with a high school kid talking down to me at the register takes the cake.

Despite what was posted earlier, Pure _does_ have a digital version. Unless it's been delisted..? Game popped up in my queue when I logged on last night. I would hold out for that rather than give GameStop $9.99.

Yeah believe me they were acting all snobby about it too so absolutely did not give them my money. I would rather pay more to avoid dealing with the pricks there.

can someone invite me back to the preview program please? It usually lets just me use the app to reinstall but that app doesn't want to work on the slim for some reason which I just got yesterday. Hopefully I can get back in with a fresh invite.

Couple of stupid questions from beginner here.

Does EA Access work if I buy it from amazon USA?

I know game codes from Amazon USA do work,

but I dont seem to have grasp how to browse them properly?

I cant find the right category. Therefore I need to search for game,

and see if digital version is available.

They send you a 25-digit code like any other digital XBL purchase. Download the EA Access app and redeem the code on either the console or Xbox.com. Once that's done, you're good to go.

 
Just got email from Racetrac gas station saying Black Friday coupons are going out tomorrow in their app and they have drinks, snacks, and a 3 month Xbox gold card pictured.  I think Racetrac is mainly here in the Southeast

The game made me race your drivatar and then I hired him to be in my racing crew. I guess? I don't really understand the logistics behind that but yeah your drivatar works for me now lol.

Do you even have the game? Might just be using people on my friend's list as random drivers.

I think someone earlier in the thread said it runs through the 26th. I didn't see any signs promoting the sale at the Staples I stopped at last night.

Naw dont own FH3, got in on the $18 Target price glitch and got it digitally and traded it on Reddit for a digital Titanfall 2
