I wanted to think that there was some reason I didn't buy Blood Bowl 2 when it was on crazy sale before... Was it really glitchy or super difficult or something???
 
Good stuff there, I'm hoping Sony runs a Capcom sale too. I want RE5 and RE6 digitally but on :ps4: since I want all my RE games on that system. Have 0, 1, and Rev2 digitally already over there. Might be a $1 or $2 cheaper too since sometimes stuff is cheaper over there when running the same sales.

 
I already own all Capcom games I'm interested in so the only thing really of interest to me is Fortified. Anyone played it? Curious if it is fun/doable solo since some of the reviews I saw said it was really hard alone.

Oh and if anyone was trying to make a last minute decision on The Park, I finished it earlier today and it's an easy pass at the sale price. Some cool moments and an interesting enough experience, but I felt like they kind of dropped the ball with the ending. Really short, too (though that was secretively a positive for me because of my backlog).
 
Damn good price on DMC. Beat it on 360 but might have to give the XB1 version a go even though I imagine it will come to GWG at some point.

Is there a noticeable difference for anyone that's played both versions?
 
Does the Arcade Cabinet come with all of those games, or is it just like a program that allows me to purchase the other games through it?

 
I'll be getting DmC DE for sure. I already have everything else I'm remotely interested in. MIGHT get RE5. It'll be one of those last minute impulse buys.

I guess it's not really an impulse buy if I plan for it ahead of time.

EDIT: as a big Elder Scrolls Online fan, I'm happy to finally see 5500 Crowns on sale again for $24. I'm going to tell my ESO buddy to stock up, 'cause all the previously-released DLC is being bundled together and discounted next month (or so) to correspond with the ESO Gold Edition retail release on September 9th.

Was the conclusion to buy or to wait on Elder Scrolls Online? I had the disk version and traded it in so I could switch to the digital version. Sale ends tonight, and I don't have any of the DLC yet, but am thinking at this point I might be better off waiting for the Gold edition. The other consideration is that I do have 5000 crowns in the bank from an earlier sale, so if there's not going to be any more DLC to spend them on, I might as well pick up vanilla now. Thoughts?

Capcom Arcade Cabinet is on sale, but not the complete edition?

The base game itself is garbage; its the game packs that make it worthwhile.

New DLC comes out quarterly. If you find that you enjoy the game, you will buy more DLC down the road.

At this point, we have no idea how many crowns the all-in-one DLC bundle will cost. 4000? 6000? 8000? We have no idea. We know Zenimax Online Studios will be at Gamescom in ~10 days, so they'll probably lay out details then. But that doesn't help you with your decision now.

If you purchased The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Premium Edition for $48 - and you already have 5500 crowns from an earlier sale - you'd have the base game and 11,000 crowns total - which should give you more than enough for the bundled DLC in a month's time. (The plan being, you'd play the base game for thirty days, then get the DLC when its bundled in September - if the bundle releases day and date with the Gold edition.) That probably makes a lot of sense.

Or, if you have plenty of games in your backlog - you could wait not only for the Gold Edition to come out, but also for the One Tamriel update that was discussed at E3 - but which has not yet been dated ("Fall 2016"). It just makes it so that the game scales to you - like Oblivion and Skyrim do. That will encourage the player to hop zone to zone at their leisure, rather than being grounded to one zone and then moving on. (One Tamriel also makes it so that you are not restricted to questing with just your alliance, which is effectively just 1/3 of the player base.)

Important to remember that Elder Scrolls Online is an MMORPG first and an Elder Scrolls game second.

For what its worth, having never played an MMORPG prior to this, I bought the game at launch & bought all the respective DLC at launch and have no regrets.

Have even a potato PC? It can probably run Dragon's Dogma better than the consoles did. That's a really great port and that game is SO MUCH BETTER at 60 frames a second.

Does ANYONE here own Super Puzzle Fighter? I really want to boost those two online achievements since the game is damn near dead online. Hit me up if you can help out.

Adding on to what was said above, the next expansion that comes out soon is 1500 crowns and IS NOT part of the gold edition either, buying that bundle and having like 11000 crowns as mentioned would probably cover everything for a bit.
