It's a fake. Horizon 2 is still $49.99 on the Canadian marketplace (so I assume it's high on the US as well), Firewatch and Condemned are shitty photoshop jobs (the previous cover is still visible) and Horizon 2 has a PEGI rating.

Would have been nice if true...especially since the condemned games are banned over here so we would have gotten a replacement title...like back at the time when there was Crackdown and Dead Rising 2 and we got Shadowrun and Lost Planet 2 instead or...Gears of War which was replaced with halo Wars...dead island was replaced with metro 2033 and gears of war 2 with banjo kazooie nuts and bolts =P

It's a lot harder to get evidence of someone cussing you out online cause you have record it happening an all but they're strict on people cussing at each other. Send a person a text message saying how shitty they are at the game an you'll receive a 24hr communication ban almost instantly. The enforcement team system looks for offensive words and only that. Say something very cut an dry and you'll get away with it as it contains no cuss words or obviously offensive words. People don't bother telling others they suck because they don't want to be hit with a temp ban so pretty much everyone stays quiet or stay in party chat.

Ha, was playing on Rocket League match and a guy only kept saying fuck you. He was last on his team, he was also on the losing side of the game lol.

The 360 came with a headset. Everyone had one right out of the box so they were more likely to use it. Well yeah and don't forget, the headset was the Kinect when the Xbox One intially launched.

I find it funny when I'm playing online with someone and they're playing and cussing up a storm but I can still hear his gf/wife in the background doing dishes and a kid screaming occasionally lol - nobody wants to hear that shit!

So... just slightly under 4 hours until date night, and it's too blasted hot to go out and do anything productive yet, so I thought I'd take the time to let you guys and gals know how much I enjoy Mondays because of you all.

I know I've mentioned it on here before but, since February 2009, I've worked midnight shifts at a hospital pharmacy.  Not the pharmacy where you pick up prescriptions, but the one that handles the in-patient medications.  Specifically, I mixed IV fluids and IV chemotherapy.  My shift ran 7 days on/7 days off, Wednesday to Tuesday, 9p to 7a.  As with most jobs, we (the 3 people who ran the pharmacy for a 500 bed hospital during those hours) were vastly underpaid, overworked, and expected to produce more with less and less supplies.  It felt thankless and suffocating.  A few years ago I decided to go back to school and get my Masters in Teaching while maintaining the job as I have a family (wife and 2 kids) to help support.  

I tell you this because going back to a week of Hell after being off for a week was always a miserable experience.  But every Wednesday night, after the other team members left and I was in Admix alone, I'd stare at the calendar and think "only 5 more nights to date night."  Not that the date night are always great (it's 90% a bust, let's be honest), but I always enjoyed the countdown and then the 8 p.m. reveal and everyone's snarky comments on the shitty deals.  And those 5 days always seemed to just fly by until I'd look at the calendar and think "Oh man, it's Sunday night!" and realize the days have flown by.  That and the LaserTime podcast family got me through years of misery at work (I worked in an isolated sterile environment in a Laminar Air Flow Hood and would sneak my earbuds and phone in every night so I could just work in my own little podcast world).  

So, to all the regulars and irregulars here, I just wanted to say thanks for making this one of the better threads on CAG.  You guys really do feel like extended family sometimes.

I'm not going anywhere.  I accepted a job teaching Biology and Anatomy at a high school about 30 minutes away (so the podcast will continue!) and left the hospital a month early so I could fix the midnight shift wear-and-tear as well as take a sabbatical in general.  

I also found out I'll be introducing a third future CAG to the world sometime in January, so all of these life-changing events have kind of made me wistful and I thought I'd just blurt it all out.  It's funny, I've been a member of the site since '04 (nigh on 13 years!) but have to express true gratitude to some of you, so thank you all.

With all of that said, Mrclutch - what's the prediction for tonight?

Finally reached the point in sidequests where ME:A's connection to the original games is explained.

I'd been wondering what the hell the point of sending all these ark ships out into deep space was, and it makes a lot of sense that someone realized the Reaper threat was real and they needed to have a back-up plan for the species of the Milky Way to not be completely eradicated. Tying the Ryder's to it works pretty well, IMHO, although it leaves me wanting more dialogue and connection, despite the fact these events are taking place 600 years post-ME3.

It definitely surprised me, though, and makes me appreciate the story a little bit more, which is serviceable but not especially compelling.

Still not sold on the Mufasa people.

It's an interesting choice if its real, given the 360 version was developed by an outside team and isn't simply a less pretty version of FH2. It's totally different.

I'd take it for free, though.

 
That lineup is a bunch of hot sadness! Major disappointment. I mean HTS Is fun. As are the Metro games ( which seem to be on sale forever) and MGS the playable demo Gah ! I would believe that a lot of cags and gamers already own most of if not all of this month's games.

Was Ground Zero and both Metro's already free? I have them and I'm almost positive I would spend money on either of them (Unless ground zero was $5, then its possible I bought it)

Edit: The rumor GWG was a hell of a lot better then this.

Something similar happened last month, too. The rumored games got leaked, some people noticed that there was a pixel line difference in the newly pasted images (indicating it could be a fake or bad photoshop job), but the list of rumored games ended up being the final games. It's totally plausible that someone got a hold of the actual list of games and then MS Paint-ed their own image because they couldn't get a hold of the official image.

Also probably fake... TMNT is delisted - and if you add up the four games it comes up to more than the $59 in the title.

I figure if they already have the images made with the date ranges, why reinvent the wheel? Makes sense their graphic design team would just reuse them with new box art. I for one really want to play Firewatch, so I hope the rumored leak image is legit.

 
Has Activision ever had a GWG title? I don't recall one. That's what makes that seem fake to me.

Also, I'm laughing over here at all these ppl thinking that How To Survive is the new one. It was only posted to show that the other one was a fake.

If it doesn't include AC: Brotherhood then I think it's a fake :)
 
Damn so I finally snagged Lollipop Chainsaw for $5......took forever, and I tried Doom trial and feel $15 Is too high so I'll wait for $10. Now I need new toys to root for....Forza Horizon 2 for $5, and 3 for $15

Dude DOOM for 15 dollars is a steal- best FPS campaign this generation. MP is throwaway but am rebuying now that all dlc is free

Seeing Firewatch artwork reminds me oh shit I own that game (and haven't played it yet)!
