Ahhh, FYI there's a bug that resets your player level in Pinball FX3 and they're working on a fix. :( Today I open the game and it asks me to link my account (that's odd, I already did that) and proceeds to treat you like you're a new player. Went from Level 14 to Level 1, all the upgrades and challenge stars progression gone. The only thing that stuck were leaderboards, league points and my Superscore. fuck

GWG is actually pretty good this month. I recently bought Turing Test; but haven’t played much. Played Gone Home on pc, and it’s pretty dumb; but I’m sure some people will find it fucking life changing. Never owned Rayman or MoH so those are a plus. Brothers is a piece of shit game

Don’t get the hate for Brothers. It’s not an incredible game but it’s certainly not as bad as something like The Deer God.
 
Not super into Gone Home style stuff usually, but will play for free. I'm REALLY excited to try Turing Test, been wanting to pick that up for a while!!! Rayman 3 I have but it's a brilliant game, I heard Airborne was better then the first meh MoH reboot so I'll give it a shot, 3/4 new for me, pretty awesome.

"They" being the fake GWG leaks we get every end of the month? Yeah, those happen with the shitty photoshops. They end up being dispproved here within 30 mins. Wait for the Major's real announcements like this morning. Otherwise its just disappointment every month
 
Only own two of the games this time around, so it's not horrible for me. A bit bummed out I held out forever each time Rayman 3 went on sale and finally caved last time only for it to go free in October.

That was a fake list. Unfortunately.

 
So downloaded Pinball FX3 and tried to import tables and it said I had 53 to import. First off, I know I have nowhere near that many. Second, every time it would go to the store to download them I’d get an error saying “The thing you’re looking for isn’t here”.

Something seems off, however. I'm currently at 11,709 and 791 points from Tier 9. I am pretty sure I was over 11k before with around 1,100 to reach Tier 9. I think I only got 350 for the FM5 tokens, and while the site shows 550 for FM4 tokens and DLC and 100 for FM3 DLC, I don't think those were added to my total because I haven't played those games.

They're all different flavors of adventure games anyway. Quantic Dreams, Telltale, Dontnod, Giant Sparrow, Chinese Room, and plenty of others have made some great games on the consoles.

Don't get me wrong I agree with you, I was just pointing out what people originally meant when they said walking simulator a year or two ago, the kind of game in the flavor of Gone Home (Dear Esther, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, and the "bottom of the barrel" clones on Steam I was referring to.) As time has gone on though people have started throwing the term at any sort of adventure game, even classic point and click ones. Saw more than one person on the internet refer to Thimbleweed Park as a walking simulator back when it came out.

I dunno how we got to this point but it's weird.

It still tells me it found no tables to import and I bought every one of them. All on the same account. I'm hoping they get it all working soon.

That term has been around for a long time, as Dear Esther and some others were some of the first to get that derogatory term attached to it about 10 years ago. It's what happens when cynical people/haters get to define things.

Yeah, I was looking on the main hackers home forum. Someone got theirs early today and was able to upload the kernel, basically the entire flash of the whole operating system and it's data. Someone else was able to use the tool for the NES Mini to upload this SNES data onto an NES Mini. It can't be modified yet, but this basically confirms we'll be able to add our own games, and emulators for other consoles as well.

Squads have definitely made the mode much more fun. The only issue I've had is that random lag spikes.

I was thinking this today, amazing the servers are still up with 1M players and growing!

I just did a few missions in the main game to satisfy my daily quest. My inventory is full so I go through and scratch basic or sub par weapons, have space for new stuff so I craft legendary and new weapons, which I had just unlocked the schematics. I'm half way through a battle firing away and swinging away (I crafted a bad ass hammer too) and I'm going wow, I love the weapons in this game, this is so much fun! Had a decent group, I'm pretty good at building traps now and a few players joined in late to help us mop up the map. I'd say Fortnite is gonna be BIG when it officially releases next year.

 
Anybody have any thoughts on Ruiner? Looks really interesting but the cag in me is struggling with paying full price lol.

I like it. It’s really punishing and controls are a bit combersome but there’s masochistic fun to be had.
 
I decided to buy the Kinect adapter, there was a bit of a sale on ebay (Australia).

There are 2 plugs I can use. One is 7.5a and 250V and the other is 10a and 250V. which one do i use?

Just checked, holy shit awesome! I'm almost about to tier 11 now. Also I just noticed it says "You've been driving since 2007", what's everyone else's thing say? That the time I signed up with the app or one of the Forzas I wonder because I started the franchise with FM1, hmm.

Hmm, that's probably when the Forza Rewards thing originated as wikipedia says FM1 came out in '05. Can't remember if I grabbed the game that year though hahaha.

I'm a fan of the GWG because I don't have 3 of the 4 games and not only that...but the one I own, I've actually beaten!

Played Turing Test when it went on sale this summer and because I havent played Portal, didn't know what to expect, but the game destroyed my intelligence with its puzzles. I needed a guide for at LEAST 30% (probably closer to 50%) of the puzzles. Anybody who beats that game with no guide is a genius in my book.

Saying the Guy Game, which was a poor man's You Don't Know Jack, as boundary pushing is a stretch. Like Mr.Fantastic levels of stretch unless you mean a stretch in good taste than yes. Yes it was. That's like saying BMX XXX pushed the extreme sports based games into new levels.

Also everytime I think Hugh Hefner I think of how a playmate told stories of sex nights at the Playboy mansion that involved a bunch of girls, lubrication, gay porn and yeast infections. That's his legacy to me is how he had sex after he got so numb to sex.
