There's a fiasco with Puerto Rico issued municipal bonds that they've defaulted on which means taxpayers end up with the short end of the stick - Trump was tangentially involved. They're not fiscally stable in general and they're not financially prepared to handle this disaster. In its current state the US budget isn't prepared to handle the cost of rebuilding Puerto Rico either. I think. Their 2 money making industries are sugar cane and tourism. And I don't think either are booming for them.
 
Who’ll be playing the Battlefront 2 beta tomorrow night? Probably won’t be until later — like 11 p.m. EST. But I’m anxious to dive in. Especially in the space combat. :)

Besides that most recent video posted his constant flat out ignoring of the whole crisis there unless he's bad mouthing government officials who are legit on the streets looking for people in need of help or making bullshit excuses on why he can't send aid there.

He sent aid, there's FEMA & the US military there with supplies and provisions and he went there in person... Rebuilding will take time but the mayor, you can see her on the right there, held a press conference in-front of the same supplies that were sent (and blasted the same hand that fed here, dumbass). The teamsters down there want $50/hr and will not distribute the supplies. There's a problem with how you can distribute supplies when an entries island is devestated by a natural disaster but you gotta start the process at least. Trump temp even lifted the Jones Act, which requires a lot of communication and agreement from a number of individuals, and all of this and oh he just doesn't care. Please.

Not going to get into everything here but that Teamsters thing is a load of shit that’s already been disproven. Most of the truckers down there can’t even get to work for Christ’s sake and are caring for their families. But whatever. Those Ricans are just lazy, right?

(And believe it or not I heard it was disproven on Fox News of all places)

I understand Trump concerned rebuilding their island, obv looking at it in a business sense - this is Trump we're talking about - what do they have to offer the US? This thread is beginning to stress me out. Anyone picking up anything on sale this week? Anyone with recommendations? I'll take the 'ol CAG seal of approval over most critic reviews any day. 

 
wonder what people's opinions on Dirt Rally is (in particular the xbox version)? Relatively new, pretty high praise, but doesn't seem like it will be enhanced for xbox one x. In which case I might as well wait for a steam sale.

Depends on if you want a hardcore sim. Dirt 4 is closer to the other Dirt games. Rally is really tough but good if you like it like that.
 
I'm thinking of buying Fallout 4's vanilla game and getting the DLC either individually or getting the season pass separately (on sale of course)
I recently played 3 and New Vegas on 360 and didn't have any DLC and I greatly enjoyed them, but as a CAG, I don't want to drop $60 on the game + season pass when I could buy just the game and some other games too (via Amazon) such as Mass Effect Andromeda since it's apparently going for so cheap these days.

Well if you haven't, i'd recommend the Arkham Knight Premium Edition. It has a lot of content for $16 but it does take a lot of space.

I would say you should wait on the Fallout DLC/SP, this will most likely be a BF sale and jump on Mass Effect: Andromeda now because like you said it's so low right now. The DLC for Fallout 4 is cool and all but there's plenty in the base game. That's also with Andromeda, in a $ per hour comp, that's a big value there. Shrug, I liked Andromeda and thought it was a decent spin-off tbh.

How much of that is self-inflicted? How much of that would have happened if he stayed off Twitter, and not directly contradicted things said by members of his staff? That story only covers the period from the inauguration until the end of April. Is it negative to report on the administration lying about the size of his inauguration crowd? The is it or isn't it a Muslim ban executive order? Calling out the judge that first blocked it? Michael Flynn? Kellyanne Conway promoting Ivanka's clothing line? Steve Bannon? Going to his resort in Florida resort at tax payer expense, which ultimately goes into his own pockets? Or does the entire Presidential entourage and security detail get to stay there for free? Griping about Obama golfing / vacations, yet going golfing himself more frequently? Hypocrisy should be called out, and his Twitter history is a treasure trove of examples.

The Comey firing and Russians in the Oval Office happened in May after the time frame of that study, but that caused plenty of backlash, as did any number of things he's said or done since.

The coverage has been negative, but how much objectively positive stuff has he really contributed to, which hasn't been undone by a middle of the night tweet or back burnered by some new controversy? That first speech to a joint session of Congress. What else? I'm sure there are others, but it's just been dwarfed by the amount of bad. Does he have a major legislative win? Public opinion on Obamacare has shifted, regardless of the continued hard-on a number of Congressional Republicans have to repeal it. (Those Rust Belt coal miners that essentially won him the election weren't keen to find out repealing the ACA would strip them of provisions that help cover black lung disease.) We'll see what happens with tax reform. He said the wealthy are not going to benefit, but Republicans (still) want to do away with the federal estate tax. That doesn't touch estates worth less than $5.5 million ($11 million for couples), so it won't affect a vast majority of the country. But Trump's heirs certainly would benefit.

There is plenty to do in FO4 vanilla. I've played over 100 hours and haven't touched any of the DLC.
