I know, I know. I just wish Capcom would utilize backwards compatibility instead of making remasters that cater to PS4 who don't have BC. If you think $30 is a good deal, the 360 version goes on sale for $5 once a month it seems, and I doubt there will be any massive improvements with the XB1 version. There rarely ever is.

Just saw that SFII HF, SSFII Turbo, Alpha 3, and Third Strike are the only ones that will have online play. Lazy. Will probably skip this one.

Also not thrilled that this makes it likely 3rd Strike won't go back compatible, at least not anytime soon.

After being disappointed with more Xbox games (A.R.E.S. and Operation Flashpoint being the latest ones), I decided to go back and try to beat a game I started playing about 20 years ago.

I really want the game but will probably go either Switch or Vita with it. It can't be more than $20 I would presume.

I’d actually get the iOS version but have some Xbox credit and it hasn’t been on sale on mobile for a while. It’s $17.99 on it so figure $20 is about right on console.

Naaah. Ninja Gaiden Black isn't so bad once you learn a few things.

Here's a few protips. I'm no expert but like to think I know a few things, I put 250 hours into NG2 and got all 1250/1250 achievements and probably have 100+ in NGB.

Learn the Izuna Drop, X, Y, X, X, X, Y with the dragon sword, it's super OP especially on normal.

Flying Swallow is your friend as well once you can get it. The dragon sword is my personal favorite weapon because of how versatile and quick it is. However, the dabilahro upgraded to level 3 as well as the Lunar staff is very noob friendly and will do a ton of damage. Keep around at least one yellow orb with the dabi and you can basically just keep killing everyone without any trouble at all.

Last but not least, change the audio to japanese, because Ryu sounds about 100 times better, especially doing the flying swallow. Hearing the "tpwah!" from a flying swallow is about as cool as it gets.

Really hope you're right, although on the Switch it might be $30. That Switch tax and all. Lol

Thanks. While your tips are appreciated, it's not helping right now with so many enemies that have exploding weapons and know exactly where I am going to land when I try dodging.

It's the worst right now where, after battling two tanks, it becomes a challenge to reach two soldiers with bazookas. Dodge to the left? BAM! The second guy hits me. Jump up and over? BAM! Second guy hits me.

I thought I could hit them from afar with arrows, and it works. Unfortunately, I can't grab life energy because it goes into a helicopter that blows my ass up with missiles. I thought I could kill one guy and go back to the save area, but the developers decided to block the area with a fence instead.

Long range enemies are the biggest issue I face in this game.

 
At least Capcom is milking the shit out of their games with collections.

Meanwhile at Konami they sit a on a goldmine worth of collections... Silent Hill, Castlevania, Metal Gear, Suikoden, Bomberman, etc. etc.

Shh. Shh. Don't mention Silent Hill collection release less someone post that ridiculously long video of that guy bitching about the HD rerelease for over an hour. Though I think nearly every company has a large amount of games that warrant a rerelease. Like I want Sega to do some kind of Saturn best of collection because I think that's the one console nearly everyone slept on and more so I want Burning Rangers to get some kinda rerelease just so I can have some kinda memories of a time when Sonic Team wasn't a total joke.

 
What we need is a Working Designs Compilation. Some of the best and most fun rpgs I've ever played. I actually still have those Sega CD games and the Lunar remakes on the PS1.

 
I wish goldeneye was one of the games always getting remastered/ported

one of the most fun/popular games ever and it never got the proper moneygrabwhoring it deserved

 
Gah, I thought the first episode for The Walking Dead would be sufficient for the Day 1 requirement. Checked TA and it still says it's active even though I unlocked all the achievements for that episode...

 
Was playing Agents of Mayhem for the first time on the X. Anyone find that it looks washed out with the X enhancements? Seems to be no graphic options other than brightness and even if I turn it down it’s still washed out - just darker and washed out.

Well, there was that version that came out last generation for 360 and PS3 that replaced Pierce with Daniel Craig. Sadly, I think that's one of those games that's definitely of it's time no matter what unless you do a complete overhaul of everything.

A miracle occurred for me. Only had enough credits for one pull and got two epic weapon skins and Armored Kantus. May try for the other skin, but maybe I should save up for Gearsmas. I saved a ton of credits with all the bonus credits they did and then I bought a bunch of packs to get stuff I missed. I got pretty lucky with most of them except it took six or so tries for Pimp Cole. I'm just glad they tweaked credits for versus. Makes it a little more worthwhile rather than win or bust. I'm really torn on gears. Half the time I'm yelling at the tv that I keep hitting my shots but they are ineffective and the other half I'm crushing it as everything just feels so right. My ping is always 30-50.

Thanks. I turned on notifications the other day, but after they sent the message I guess. I don't think I've gotten anything, but I did have messages about Warframe and FM7 (?) loot on the website.

MPQ is on Steam, as well as PS3/4 and X360/Xbone. The 360 version has DLC packs while from what I understand the DLC is included in the Xbone version which is $15. I don't think the console versions get any updates or new dlc unlike mobile and Steam.

Did you have to have three at max at the same time and you always sold them once they were max champed? I can't fathom how it took so long for you. What's your roster like?

I know what you mean. It looks good but washed out a little. It wasn't a highly optimized game to begin with. I'm still having fun with it though. I do have to say however, that after you've done one Legion Lair, you've done them all. And I think there's still a ton of them left to run through. Can't believe they really didn't add any variations to the Lairs. Its literally just a copy and paste job for all of them.
