I just got an update on my :xb1: that added the Xbox Original Avatars app.  It was a forced update so I think it's been available for a day or two.

The app is a little rough around the edges, but it does give you more customization options for your avatar.  LOTS of choices that are not free.

this is the first time i'll be buying a game day one since GTA5. i'm getting the gold edition because i had a blast with FC4's DLC and what i've seen about FC5's add-on content looks amazing.

Have this on PS4 but it is tempting to double dip with the X enhancements. Haven’t finished it yet (not that that should be a surprise) but it’s excellent. Be sure to play with either headphones or the stereo on. Sound in that game is amazing.
 
i bought hellblade during a recent sale because i thought it would be a ps4 exclusive. i only buy exclusives for my ps4 but i guess i screwed up on this one. i haven't played it yet either.

Exclusives only are my policy as well for my PS4 especially since the X. Really did think Hellblade was an exclusive.

i'm vacationing too, in Hope County Montana

i bought the season pass, can't go wrong with zombies, aliens, and vietnam plus you get Far Cry 3 remaster which is one of my favorite games all time

Oh hell, I may need to cancel my standard edition preorder if Far Cry 5 and get the Gold with the SP. Forgot about the FC3 remaster and that DLC does sound pretty cool.

Somebody had MHW for $35 digital recently in the trading forum if you prefer your games that way.
 
Just pre-order FC5 Gold. Love the series even though they ruined the multiplayer that made FCIP so great. Heard the whole story is cooperative, so my wife and I shall be playing together this week.
 
Dammit. I snoozed. My local Best Buy doesn’t have the Gold Edition for pick up anymore. Could wait another day to get it shipped to me but, nah, I’ll just buy the pass separately.

Edit: BB doesn’t even have it for shipping anyway.

They download automatically but be warned, they are quite large! Might be waiting a while to check out the shiny new graphics but it’s worth it.

Pretty hyped for this. I have it on ps4 and I really enjoyed what I've played so far. Will definitely double dip, even though I generally use the ps4 for exclusives.

What I did was ordered for pickup at a different store, went into my store and she was able to change it to ship to my store. She also said that even it did go to other store they will send it store to store.

It's funny because I almost bought this game *3* times on PSN. It was on sale for pretty cheap the last time. But there was rumors that this game was coming to XBox since the studio never inclined it was PS only. Now we just need to get Nioh, Persona, Yakuza Games and of course Nier uncanceled (why isn't the original Nier BC?). Hell despite reading Ni No Kuni 2 tweet from Namco was a accident awhile back my guess is another timed exclusive. I can understand first party exclusives but Sony is still really killing the third party exclusive lineup. Though I'd imagine more Japanese games will probably be jumping on the Switch train.

I'm glad I held out because I have an XBox X and now it will run the best on that system outside of a beastly PC of course.

I'm just glad we got Monster Hunter on XBox and it sold incredibly well on XBox.

If he doesn't summon Kidd Thunder, simply restart the match. I got like on my 8th or 9th try. So while the achievement is luck based, it doesn't require you to randomly obtain a criminally rare lootbox.

Got lucky doing this this morning, and got the achievement first try. Then I turned off my controller and gave it to my daughter and let her pretend to play. Gotta start them early.

I feel like I've become the same way. I would love to use a 20% coupon on Hitman Complete Edition for PS4 this week but I'd rather wait for a decent price for the Xbox version for the X1X enhancements.

Early April/Late March is the usual Spring sale time frame so maybe I'll be able to buy something after nearly three months to add to my massive backlog! Yay! Yay? ,,,Yay?!?!

 
The new game store job paid off well today. I got a fully modded OG Xbox for just $20. 250 gig hard drive and can rip games to it. No need to wait for BC anymore. The updates are great but I think a lot of the stuff I want just won't be coming to the program.

Makes us two. One thing though, Ninja Theory's tweet stated the 10% discount was only valid for the first week of pre-order (or at least that's how I interpreted it). However, on the store it reads: "10% off through 4/10/2018".

So which one is it?
