Welp, Burnout 4 is just as good as it was ~10 years ago. I forgot how absurd it could be with the crash levels and over-the-top arcade stuff. Paradise managed to capture a lot of that and is a great game in its own right, but 3 and 4 are in a league of their own. So many developers are so focused on open-world stuff now, we probably won't ever get another game like BO3-4, which is a shame.

Uncharted 4 was great. I didn't play Firewatch yet I'm waiting on the X patch that will come sometime this year.

Then proceed to wait longer till it becomes GWG before actually playing it knowing my luck.

 
It's a small change overall for the leaderboards, but I do very much appreciate the efforts of MS to make BC as integrated as possible to the X1 OS and not miss features. Playing DS and GBA games on my 3DS can feel like such a downgrade (no sleep mode in GBA!) that it's harder to be excited about / feels like something is missing.

 
I remember first playing saints row 2 back in the day

that's why I pretty much abandoned gta, I found the saints row games so much more fun

You're a better player than I if FFA is near guaranteed wins. :p I stuck it out, only took four hours. :shock: I ended up staying up until 4:30 trying to unlock more Archive stuff. I did not get any of the new skins I wanted.

One pretty frustrating thing about matchmaking and not communicating is I could never tell who was just running ahead trying to be a hero and who knew about the exploit where once everyone is through the round room the door closes so you can essentially skip a ton of enemies if no one gets downed. I do pretty well with junkrat in FFA. I got my 7 wins for my weekly crates in 8 matches. It helps that being in the top 4 counts as a win. I got clobbered the match that I didn't get in the top 4, I was literally in last place but the next match I came in first. The only skin I wanted was one that I didn't get last year which was Mercy and I bought that with gold as soon as the event started.

Dang did the opening jailbreak in Saints 2 always hit single digit FPS? During the boat escape section it was like s slideshow on my X1X.

I didnt know transferring that much was such a tedious process. Still have 6 games to including the 100GB Halo 5. Those "installation has stopped" messages are heartbreaking lol

They almost figured it out last gen with a Rare developed remaster. They had MS, Rare, Nintendo of America, Activision, and the Bond franchise holders all on board but Nintendo of Japan killed it late in development

 
Wouldn't it be nice to go back to those summer days in a room full of friends playing goldeneye (and other 64 games)

occasionally coming out for fresh air, food and maybe a swim or to make a move on some girl that in the rear view mirror was nowhere near as hot as you thought she was but when you're hopped up on T-Rex testosterone and piles of goldeneye kills and wcw/nwo revenge wins it didn't matter

that and goldeneye are oddly kind of why I never got into online multiplayer

I knew it would never be the same as when I was 12 next to my buddies on the couch

now I'm just starting to sound like Richard Dreyfuss at the end of stand by me

 
The new xbox quest for May is play fortnite for 30 minutes on 5 different days. Can this be done just by sitting in the lobby screen for a half hour each day? I can't stand this game but don't want to lose out on the $500 ms currency entry.

Is there anybody from the future who has completed this challenge and won the contest already who can verify whether this will work? I would also like to know. I want the money, but it’s actually more important for me to let everyone know my stance on the game.

Just got back from seeing Infinity War. Definitely the best of the Avengers flix so far. Had more humor than expected after reading reviews that made it sound almost too serious (which, of course, it has plenty of that as well).
 
Weird Saints Row 2 would come to backwards compatibility before Saints Row . Would they bother remastering the first Saints Row, which is why that is not backwards compatible also?

Or maybe because the Developer is different for the 2 games and they have not agreed to anything.

Or 2 was a more popular game where the series started to catch on? Most likely the simplest answer though that someone said yes because it cost them little to nothing in time or resources.

Saints Row 1 is still a important BC addition (when it happens) because the first was an actual exclusive outside of the mobile phone version. You can't play SR1 on the PC or PS3.
