Besides, gibbing a wall bouncer by simply standing still for a moment so they get in range of an active perfect reload shotgun blast is very rewarding. Sorry, taking an advantage of an exploit form Gears 2 doesn't make anyone skillful or "gud".

Wallbouncing was an exploit in Gears 1, it was turned into a legit feature since Gears 2, just like how combos in fighting games were originally an exploit but now a staple of the genere.

If they add Skorge, all will be forgiven. Not even Epic made that happen. They could gain a lot of goodwill from the community if they throw him in there.

To me, and many others, wall bouncing has been, is and will forever be a bullshit exploit. However, since Epic gave up on trying to prevent Gears from being just a gnasher fest they simply....embraced it. This sounds like TC's veiled way of addressing it. Not sure if Rod has ever stated what he thinks about wall bouncing.

But in my eyes, is not a legit "feature". Feel free to disagree however, I'm not trying to antagonize with you or anyone O:)

If we get Skorge or a Kantus skin, I'd be stoked. Love to see Zeta squad get in(my main character for GoW3 multi was Alicia Valera), but I doubt they'd bring any of those in. Barrick would be awesome.

I'm guessing another COG skin is the craftable legacy character on the 10th. Young Baird with a full head o blonde hair.

Finally beat Titanfall 2's campaign a little earlier today. Like the majority of everyone else who played it I thought it was incredible.

I will now take this opportunity to make fun of myself and what a terrible gamer I am. Not counting playing through seasons in sports games, this was the first game I beat since Life is Strange on 1/27/2016. Since then I have played parts of 61 different games. So yeah, my focus needs leveling up.

I get it. I also have a bad track record with finishing games which is another reason why I also thought Titanfall 2's campaign was incredible -- it's one of the few to keep me wanting to play to the end.
 
So I want to try to maintain some momentum from beating a game for the first time in over a year. I have a shit ton of games in my backlog like most of you, so avoiding things like Fallout, Skyrim, Witcher, etc., any suggestions as to what order should I tackle the SP/campaign in these five when it comes to length? I've started them all to some degree and want to knock out as much as I can before The Show comes out because everything is going to take a backseat to that.

Found this online & worked for me on a previous issue-

Clearing Cache

Unlike Xbox 360, the Xbox One does not have a menu option to clear cache on the console. Instead, follow these steps to clear cache on an Xbox One:

Turn off your Xbox One.
Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console's power brick are off, unplug the power brick from the back of your console.
Wait at least 30 seconds.
Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on.

I've heard Amazon has this issue with limited stuff sometimes. I guess it would make sense that it'll be somewhat limited, as I doubt they counted on very high demand in the US at least.

Maybe try and bitch to support and see if they can do anything for your trouble

I think CoD and Battlefield are both around 4-5 hours. Halo and Gears are about 8-10, and Dead Rising 4 is 12-15 I think, but ithas the highest chance of getting you distracted.

I'd probably start with a short game, go to Halo or Gears if you'll power through it, short again, and end with Dead Rising. You may want to mix it up a bit more so you aren't playing three FPS games back to back though.

I just wanted to follow up with this... I did a chat with Amazon that lasted almost an hour with 5 different reps. I wasn't being a dick but for whatever reason they kept saying they needed to transfer me to the digital team. And then oh wait actually you need to go back to the retail team. Rinse and repeat a few times.

Anyway, even after all that, they only gave me a $5 courtesy credit. I was asking if I could get the digital version for the same price but no dice. When the chat was over, there was a survey and I guess based on how I answered it they offered to call me immediately. The lady better understood what I was asking and applied a $16.99 credit (I told her $16 three times but whatever) to my account so I placed an order for the digital version which was cool because since there's no tax I got it for an even $63 vs the original $67.38.

So if you want to deal with all that have at it. Maybe you'd get lucky with someone right away but I had nothing better to do this late and it eventually paid off. At least this way I got the code immediately and can redeem/preload now.
 
Well crap I couldn't wait for the update to finish to play fh3 so I cancelled and uninstalled it and now every time I try and start the game it just takes me to the store page

Best scenario ends up being they give me $16 promo credit towards buying the digital download. Worst scenario is they tell me to go pound sand and it's not in their control.

I think it was MS cancelling the physical SKU for the UE and Amazon, the only one who was selling it, was stuck in the middle.

 
Yeah same thing and that's definitely the way to go if you're planning on picking the game up. Just got it on PC and wish there had been a gold edition sry that price.
