Halo in particular with its health system made it easy for an experienced player to carry a noob and just have fun, an ex of mine was pretty terrible but she still wanted to play since there was less punishment for dying in co-op. I get the shift has been towards online play and that may be the majority of it, but it's just... they might as well remove one of the analog sticks on the controller, it's something you expect to be there.

 
I played through all the halos on the master chief collection split screen, (heroic) and because of the respawn system it's not very challenging but was lots of fun as co-op game. played through 5 solo as I had no choice and I enjoyed it because it was much more difficult, that said I'm glad splitscreen is coming back

 
I don't find the lack of split screen surprising since I'm pretty sure most modern games don't have them, except those that really aren't demanding in the graphics/rendering area at all like Lego games.

A good friend of mine has played all the halo games split screen with his wife so he was annoyed with 5 and didn't buy it.

I bought it but was annoyed too because my wife has played other ones with me too. We played all of Borderlands 2 and the DLCs split screen.

Personally I would rather have worse graphics and split screen.

Full agreement. Its the reason I don't have the game yet. Was gonna get it within a week or two of release, but I was so disgusted that there was 2 separate DLC packs for 25 dollars worth launching within 3 weeks of the game. Guess I'll wait til it's either 20 bucks, or the inevitable 'Definitive Edition'

Before the recent update to 1.10 mine crashed I think 3 times, every time it was when I was destroying a room. I haven't had the problem for a while now.

That said, I'm actually enjoying Ghost Recon Wildlands Beta, playing as a sneaky sniping bitch! Immediately found having one sync confusing and put in my skill points to unlock the other two so all my Ai. buddies can get in on the killz. Phh pphh phhh. Tangos down.

The 360 has compatibility packs so you could play with players who have the DLC, therefore higher levels, but not join their game if they're in the DLC sections.

Agent of the Shield is meh...gave up on that long ago.

Legion and all the Netflix series are the only Marvel shows I need. Daredevil is probably my favorite but Legion is definitely making a play for that spot. It's pretty fucked up and I dig that.

I'm going to assume that was during Season 1. After Winter Solider the show got better and now it's LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than the first season.

I bought Riptide Renegades this morning. I enjoyed the last game a lot and this one is supposedly much better. It's getting good reviews as well.

They've said they put together this sale at the last minute with the upcoming price hike, so maybe Microsoft's system for that takes too long.

Still, you can get Shovel Knight now for $15 or wait for a discount higher than 40% when it's MSRP goes up to $25. I don't recall any sales for it where it's gone below 33% off.

Was set for April 21st, so two month delay. I'll be busy playing Mass Effect Andromeda(along with Gears 4), so I think I'll be good until then. Not a lot of games come out during the Summer, but I think this could work to their advantage releasing then
