PSA - Battlefield 1 and Dragonball Xenoverse 2 are available to download for the upcoming free-to-play weekend.

Are free-to-play weekend games automatically showing up "Ready to Install" now?  I just saw Battlefield 1 in mine, but I figured it might be because I've played the beta before so I started downloading it.  Then I noticed Dragonball Xenoverse 2; I definitely did not play a beta/demo for that.  Don't even know what that is.

Thanks, I just saw this for $15 at a pawn shop and was considering it, but I'd rather see the money go towards a new purchase over a used. I would have gotten it day one, but the lack of split screen really ruined my anticipation for the game. $20 is a good protest price........

To update my download issue from yesterday: 

I didn't risk letting it download in the background, so I was just on the dashboard, doing nothing else and Borderlands 2 downloaded in 43 minutes.

Your console is cursed, I would advise trading it in while there is a discount on the Xbox One S @ GS.

Seriously, it sounds like you gotta do a full reset, send that back to the beginning of time (as Chrome settings would put it).

Just realized there's a Blitz Firefight mode in Halo Wars 2, achievement is to last till Wave 25. I tried it out and lasted to Wave 19 lol. Fun mode, basically Blitz with the A.I. instead of incompetent or satisfactory teammates.

Oh man, started the Need For Speed game and god awful cheesy FMV are back. Lol, yeah that's what us NFS fans really wanted. I was watching Amy in the game and couldn't quite put my finger on where I've seen that actress before. Oh shit, Game of Thrones!

I don't like the visuals, it's raining in-game and at night and I can't see shit. Feel like I'm back in GTAIV with the film filter on.

My friend was online playing black ops 3, he logged offline, and when he did he just vanished from my friends list. When I try to add him again I get the error "Sorry, we can't save your changes right now. Try agsin in a while."

Same error on the Android Xbox app. So I don't think the problem is on my end.

I would do a full reset but then I'd lose access to all my ex's games since his acct login info is stored on my xbox. So really don't want to do a full reset.
 
I was pretty excited when I got a hold of a copy of Halo Wars 2 UE pretty cheap that I redeemed the code immediately (I rarely do that).  But SINCE THEN, I've bought this:
 
Plants vs. Zombies:  Garden Warfare 2
Stranger of Sword City
Torment:  Tides of Numenera
 
And I'll probably buy some cheap :360: titles in the hopes that they go BC at some point.  Right now I'm playing Fallout Shelter in Win10, and when I go downstairs I will probably play a little Diablo III.
 
I'd like to think that I've recognized that I have a problem, but I don't wanna. :p

EDIT - Actually, when I go downstairs I will probably watch Legion and then Agents of Shield and probably not even play games.

Cool and yeah that is a great deal you got in on. Thanks for the heads up about Amazon. After taxes came to $84.79. Not as good at your deal but it seems to be drying up fast.

Dang hard to find 2 other $100 games. Also it looks like it works with Digital as well.

How does the return thing work btw? I haven't done it in a long time since I got burned the last time I was at Target.

It's easy. You buy 3 games. Then you take your receipt and go to customer service and return 2 of them.

Did the xbox dashboard preview make disney infinity 2.0 or 3.0 unplayable for anyone else since it can't recognize your base?  Trying to get the last 2.0 online achievement tonight.

Unfortunately, I think you're referring to the episode two weeks ago because there doesn't appear to have been an episode from this week. I saw that, and
I enjoyed that they let Agent Johnson use some of her powers (that scene was badass), but I don't enjoy the fact that they are just randomly hacking into what I think is a closed (not connected) network to save their friends. I can only suspend reality so much. :)

o-o omfg if Donnie yen is in it and he's the lead character then it's a instant win. I love all his movies where he's the lead actor.
 
I wish there was a way to preload physical games, but imagine it could potentially be a pain or hassle. I'm getting wildlands and mass effect and unless I get them before going to work I'd have to wait until the next day to play them since I get out of work late. That's one of the reasons I prefer digital, but as always discounts trump minor conveniences.

I was nervous about the Disney servers going down at the start of the 3rd and not the end, I went to see Logan tonight and didn't get home until 1:30AM but just got the two achievements I needed, so that's good.
 
Has anyone played Sword City yet, or has it just gone into people's backlogs? Looking at it, I'm thinking it might be worth it for when I upgrade.

I still don't understand why we cannot pre-download patches/updates. If you know you are getting the disc soon, load up the patch beforehand. Would be awesome if we could do that.
