South Park has some of the greatest moments in video games if you like the show at all, the level with the pants gnomes is still just... Wow

Didn't Xbox One have a demo app that shows Xbox One game demos? I couldn't find it anymore so I type "demo" on the search. I found that Oceanhorn Zelda game has a demo but more interestingly there are a couple of Xbox 360 games in the selection, Beat n Groovy and Comic Jumper. I already have CJ so I tried BnG, the description says try the free demo but no way to actually get it, only option is to buy. Weird.
 
already had bo2 on ps3 physical but went for the digital 360

one more checked off the list even though I wasn't excited about the price

went digital with red dead as well with the dlc, game is still awesome I tinkered with it a bit today

overall didn't love any of the prices but i did some wallet damage just because and it helped microsoft that sony has been sucking ass at deals this year

Necropolis is a neat roguelike Soulslike game. For $15, it's a good deal.

WTF is up with WB games and not making the Ant-Man and civil war DLC not multiplatform even after the PS exclusivity in Lego Avengers?

How was Oceanhorn? I read somewhere that it was a really good classic Zelda clone, but the videos I've seen don't look that great.
 
wasn't lego hobbit generally regarded as the lesser of the games?

I think I have it physical on the wii u as it came with the ebay bundle I bought but I like digital copies these days, not sure on this one

I haven't tried it yet. I was thinking of getting it but good thing there's a demo. I think it's a ported mobile game so yeah it might not be that good.

Trying to decide what (or if) I should get. I've owned the regular version of ESO for at least a year without playing it, does anyone recommend the gold version?

Might pick up candleman, Vermintide, Dead Island and/or Walking Dead 3. May upgrade to the digital version of Assassin's Creed.

It's a pretty fun little game and definitely influenced by Zelda, but don't expect it to be as good as its inspiration. I have it on mobile though so my expectations were tempered somewhat.
 
In order to justify buying more games during the Spring Sale, I came home from work, booted up the 360, and played a few minutes of several games that were already on my hard drive including Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Darkstar One: Broken Alliance, Monaco, and Castlevania: Harmony of Despair. The last one I played so far is Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams that I bought Monday morning, and it is my favorite of the five. Not a huge platformer fan, but I like the dual mechanics of the two characters. It also has great graphics and a really smooth soundtrack. Best $3.74 I've spent on Xbox Live in a long time! Now what else should I waste my money on?

I'll second IDARB. Only ever played it solo, but even then the game is so much fun. Also enjoyed Videoball as well.

Planning to move to VA, though. I've been planning on that move for nearly 7 years now, since I work in Tysons. Making as much progress on that as my gaming backlog. Actually, I'm further along on the move, since I have a storage unit full of stuff down here. Wish houses were cheaper.

sniper elite games are fun and should be purchased

also zombie army trilogy which is pretty much sniper elite with zombies

if you like shooting and/or sniping it's about as good as it gets

It's pretty good with clear inspirations from Wind Waker in style and setting, though it's a little loose on camera and controls that takes a bit to get used to it.

It's just that when my ex had a mental breakdown and moved in with me for three months I'd have to sit and watch him play black ops, black ops 3, and ghosts for twelve hours a day every day. I've developed an aversion to anything cod related lol.
 
So there is yet another update for Neverwinter (now subbed The Cloaked Ascendancy). I haven't played this game in eons, am I missing anything monumental?

He had a multitude of issues during his breakdown (depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, manic episodes, panic attacks, and not to mention his narcissistic abusive personality), one other issue was being afraid to be alone. If I just ran for cigarettes, which I learned takes eight minutes from start to finish, I'd get texts asking if I was coming home. If I left him alone for any amount of time I'd get texts constantly. So lots and lots of laying around watching him quick scope.
 
My initial impression of Kill the Bad Guy has been pretty good. It's a puzzle game with a unique concept, nice graphical style and a bad ass rap theme song.

Edit: how the hell do I get rid of this stupid code box thing and embed a youtube video?

mental health issues are really tough for all involved

at least you were able to eventually separate from the destructive situation and hopefully the person is in a better place now
