From what I hear, you can beat ABZU in 3 hours which has an enjoyable experience. Necropolis has more replay-ability for the money with random generated maps, pretty addictive from what I played. Just be prepared, when you die you will lose all weapons and gear.

 
Is it normal for these deals to end at 2 a.m. PST (so in this case, April 18th at 2 a.m.) or should I make sure to get my purchase in before midnight or even 10 p.m. PST?

The weekly sales usually end sometime around there, but I'm not sure about the Spring Sale

 
I was able to get the Resident Evil package a few weeks ago for the low price.  From what I recall, RE4 is regarded as the best of the current gen games.  Should I play 5 and 6 first so that they won't be overshadowed by 4, or are they different enough that it shouldn't matter?

JJ is what he is. All he's good for is running around a screen and shooting. He can't get open by himself or play defense. Love him though. I was literally laughing when that old looking guy (Lyles?) was giving him fits last game.

I'd say West is a lot more important than Zero.

Zero sort of served as a paid demo, set in a small area and helping you get used to the new mechanics like combo weapons and the Zombrex requirement. The story is fairly limited, basically showing you why your daughter needs Zombrex.

Case West is a continuation after DR2. Set after what is apparently the canon ending (A Rank), it shows Frank trying to learn the truth as to what happened in Fortune City. It has co-op with Frank and Chuck, a bunch of new combo weapons, and a pretty decently sized map. I'd say grab this one if you only get one. Story-wise they do reference the events of this game a bit in DR3, but not really in DR4.

I couldn't play 4 because of the controls as well. 5 is also definitely my favorite, wish they made more of that type.

Grabbed Overcooked Gourmet edition. Have held off for a while, but hoping my fiance will give it a shot with me.

Also considering Overwatch before it goes off sale. Had it at launch and got rid of it, but been really itching to play, and I really like how it's supported so well by Blizzard

Sublevel Zero Redux is actually a good game. Got it on PS4. If you like old school games like Descent, it's pretty fun.
