  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.

Insanely Twisted Planet is finally at my must buy price. Missed out on Battleblock last time it was on sale, is it a must have at $5?

I played through on Nightmare afterwards. I didn't even look for any of the pages, my goal was "find the next light source and run". I do agree with you, the story is amazing in the game.

Any thoughts on Remember Me? Looks like a decent price for the game but I don't know much about it. Also, it sucks how the Gears and Halo games have been priced higher in Canada from before, so Gears is $9.89 and Reach is $13.19 :roll:

I personally thought it was one of the most underrated games in recent memory, but a lot of people didn't like it.

A lot of games on sale meow. So many to choose from.

 
I'm probably getting CastleStorm and Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet if achievements are broked.

EDIT: I was thinking that was another game.

Lots of good co-op games here. No regrets on buying castle crashers or battleblock the last time they were on sale, highly recommended at this price. Just picked up ITSP.

 
Eh, this isn't their full catalog. I'm a tad disappointed (Specifically for all the DLC sales missing, they haven't had a MS Studios sale in quite some time).

Shadow Planet might be a GwG, but for $3, I'll risk it.

I think I got Castlestorm for $5 (when it was supposed to be $2.50 or something), if I didn't in for that too.

Gonna grab Charlie Murder too, missed it last time.

2 Kinect games for $1 each, not bad if you don't have them (if you missed Wreckateer being free).

Anyone else find it hilarious Gears 3 Season Pass costs more than the base game?

A bunch of former GwG are on sale (where's Crackdown 2? and Perfect Dark Zero?) too, in case you missed it. I have no idea why Sleeping Dogs is on sale (not Capcom).

Also, this is second sale on Magic '14, if you missed the previous one. Though I'd imagine Magic '15 will be out any day now.

For those asking Castle Crashers and Battleblock are both worth $5 asking price, easily.

I'll likely snag Halo Wars.  I have the physical Platinum Hits version, but whenever I play it my Xbox makes a MUCH louder hum than with any other game (other than my Platinum Hits version of Fable II).  Besides, it's fun to hop on for a random skirmish on occasion.  I especially love having the Wuv Woo skull on for anytime I'm playing as Covenant.

Platinum Hits version = regular version. All it did was come with codes for both DLCs. Just install the disc for the same effect, if you install it, all it does is check that the disc is in there before playing the game from your HDD.

I do have it installed. It still makes a loud noise when it's being checked. It's a minor thing really, but I always feel like my Xbox is running extra hard whenever it and Fable II are in it in any capacity. Then again, I could be just trying to justify spending some of my credits....which could be better spent on something like Alan Wake.

More disappointing that digital only items don't get price drops like those with physical counterparts, but there is no shelf space that needs to be freed up, so they can be stingy. (BL2 pass also more expensive than GoD version.) It did take MS a while to start getting a bit competitive with their Games on Demand pricing as well, so maybe they'll come around.

With Gears 1-3 stuff on sale, I've been refreshing Judgment's page, want that VIP pass to wrap up the game's achievements.

 
Good story wrapped in bad game play. I found much of it to be frustratingly bad, repetitive, and at a times, cheap. I wanted to like it, but about halfway through I realized I hated it. That was on hardest difficulty. I then bumped down to easy just to get through it and still hated it. It was a rare instance where I actually felt it would make a better movie than a game.

I'm thinking of grabbing HomeRun Stars any opinions on this game? Also grabbing Halo Wars and Gears 3.... Looks like the best week in a while. I loved Alan Wake and at that price f**k.....why are you waiting? I also loved Sleeping Dogs and got it for $10 before it was free.....still it is worth this week's price for sure if you missed it on GWG.

 
Oh goodie, Fire Pro Wrestling on the Xbox 360! There's no better way to celebrate the life of recently deceased FPW creator Masato Masuda than to play one of his, uh, biggest mistakes.

 
Unfriggin believable!!! I own EVERYTHING. There are some very good games there, so good for those who waited this long.

Oh and for those who care, Fire Pro Wrestling has an unobtainable achievement that the developer refuses to even admit is broken. Scumbags!!

Unfriggin believable!!! I own EVERYTHING. There are some very good games there, so good for those who waited this long.

Oh and for those who care, Fire Pro Wrestling has an unobtainable achievement that the developer refuses to even admit is broken. Scumbags!!

Homerun stars was fun for about 30 minutes then you realize how little game play it actually has. It's fine for $1. It just feels like a mini game that should've been included in something like Kinect sports.

 
Is the Gears of War 3 Season Pass worth getting? Really enjoyed the campaign.

Otherwise, nothing else for me since I own a lot of stuff on that list already.

There's RAAM's Shadow which adds about 3 hours to the game. Other than that, it's all map packs.
