  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.

Saints Row 4 for $11.99 is a steal. I encourage anyone who enjoys batshit insane, hilarious games to part with $12 and play it. That was the first and only Saints Row game I've played and I loved every crazy ass moment.
 
Yeah, saints is the most tempting of the offering this week.  As always, here's to hoping there's something enticing on X1 tomorrow. 

Then again, I wouldn't buy any arcade-ish games on X1, since they'll be free at some point soon with GwG.

 
I've been waiting for a sale on Storm for a long time now. Will definitely be picking it up. I might checkout Invincible Tigers as well, thoughts on it?

I highly recommend Ghost Recon for that price. I never played MP because I had a used copy but the campaign is very fun. Most of the missions will allow you to choose you're approach, whether you want to sneak and pick people off or go in guns-blazing and tear up the place. Also, the Gunsmith has to be one of the most unique things I've seen featured in a game, allowing you to customize everything on the gun, down to the trigger.

 
Wow, the deals keep on coming. I'm sooooooooooo tempted to get Saints Row 4.

Storm is a very good game. One of the better puzzle games out there. The music is very nice too ( I will never get tired of hearing "Raindrops"). Easily worth $5.

What is Invincible Tiger?  Sky Drift?

 
Rayman is totally worth it. Had a smile on my face for the entire playthrough. Definitely one my favs of this gen.

Gonna get Ghost Recon. If anyones interested in coop message me and we can exchange tags.

 
I was going to wait to see if Saints Row IV: Game of the Century Edition is going to get a US release, but $22 for the game and season pass seems good enough. I guess I'll hold off until next Monday. Maybe there will be an announcement during the E3 press conferences.

Games With Gold introduced to me to the series, and I had so much fun with Saints Row 3. I'm one achievement away from getting 1300/1300.

 
I have to say - just as a fun game to play and something that I can just jump in to, Ridge Racer: Unbounded is just fun to play. Glad I picked it up during the sale a few months ago.

 
Always bet on the COD lol. Hmm, if I hadn't played Far Cry on the PC ages ago I would grab classics. Also a fan of Ghost Recon games, def recommend. Hah, I just went back to Blood Dragon to nab the last dragon achievo, being reminded about the game since an arcade cabinet of it shows up in Watch Dogs.

Also CQ2 for Halloween, sweet!

Well yeah but that's in the past now. The new X1 update is going to allow 4TB external HDs. I don't think MS is going to update the 360 OS anymore outside of security features, but I could be wrong.

At least they didn't drop support for the console like they did with the OG XBox. Forza Horizon 2 comes out for both platforms this fall, and a lot of companies are still going cross gen. It's going to be a few more years before the 360 dies.

 
Saints 4 is $12. Seems like a good price, but considering I got a physical copy for $15 a couple of months ago and Im all Saints worn out from 100%'ing Saints the Third recently, Ill have to pass.

Yeah it's odd timing right after they gave away Saints 3.

I imagine the majority of people who got it then haven't even completed it yet.

The external HDs on XB1 aren't limited to 4TB.

Good point. Guess Deep Silver is trying to make as much money as they can. I expect an announcement for Saints 5 and possibly a new Dead Island next week (and yes I know of Dying Light).

 
I don't think the timing is that odd for Saints Row IV. The thought here is usually why doesn't DLC or other games related to the month's GWG games go on sale along with them. I don't think you don't need to beat the free game to buy a similar game that is on sale. You just need to enjoy the first couple hours of it.
 

And I just got the last Saints Row 3 achievement I needed.

 
The Saints Row DLC goes on sale often enough that I think getting the game for cheap now and buying the DLC later wouldn't be a bad idea. I 100%ed SR3 and SR4 and they were lots of fun.

I may buy Storm and FC Classic depending on their trials. That's one thing I miss on XB1, mandatory trials. I think the XBLA games on 360 that have XB1 versions should release demos too. It's ridiculous I had to DL the Max and Super Time Force trials on 360 to try them.

Wow...absolutely nothing worth buying this week, along with already owning Dark Souls and not wanting Charlie Murder nor Street Fighter makes June suck so far.

Already have SR4 on the PS3, and not a big fan of it. Liked SR2&3 much better than I did 4. Not a fan of Farcry or Ghost Recon either, can't stand Rayman or Smurfs, and never heard of the other cheap stuff, so zilch this week.

Was going to jump on Far Cry, but with Crysis in the backlog I couldn't justify it. I'm getting pretty picky these days, I guess that's a good thing. I might still get Legends, but I still have nightmares from beating some of those old Origins levels.
 
I get console updates early and no free games yet. The only noticeable change is the Marketplace section of dash and that might not even be new (rarely use dash).
 
When does the Xbox Market place update is what I meant.

Like what time? Is it mondays at 10pm pacific or what?

Also I recommend the Xbox One UFC Demo.

The movements are hilarious.

Pretty sick game though overall.

Gonna definitely buy Far Cry Classic. Blood Dragon is a great game and well worth it at that price. I could never get into the Saints Row series. I even passed on SR3 when it was free. I played the first and second game for hours and never liked it. Perhaps I should've tried the multiplayer...
