  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance, but DLC cannot.

Far Cry 3 on the cheap would be nice and I would like some $2 or $1 cheap-o arcade games.  What about the really old stuff, like Contra or hell, even Dig Dug (if its still even listed)?  I'd like to see that ancient stuff go dirt cheap just once.

Chances are very slim that MS will putout many $1 arcade games like PSN is doing this weekend. Regardless seeing FCry3 in 5-8 price range would be a delicious treat, keeping my fingers crossed. And yes the retro games like Sega Vintage Collection - would def. grab that under 5, or TMNT-arcade. Kinda sad that they de-listed X-men arcade.

dang. waited too long to decide to buy crysis 3.  this sale has allowed me to convert many of my games to digital. crysis 3 would have been one of them (which would make a complete digital crysis collection for me). the price was right, too. i think i paid $10 for the disc from gamefly and i think i could have sold it for the same amount on craigslist (had a good CL selling streak lately).

The only things I have picked up so far the Banjo Bundle and Ninja Gaiden 2. If nothing else becomes a daily that I want, I'll probably just pick up the Mission Mode DLC for NG2 and Skate 2

If you have friends who want to play, L4D2. If you enjoyed Fallout 3, get New Vegas. It's not a better game than 3, but it's still a good single player experience.

 
I don't usually play on pc, but if you can get LFD2 on pc, that version is FAR superior. All the dlc is free, and that's on top of the steam workshop mods.

I'm fairly sure none of my friends have L4D and I've never played a Fallout game lol, although I hear they're quite good, I don't know if I want another RPG with the amount of backlogged games.

Well that BRA-NED game is pretty bad so I decided to play on my TV while watching the game on my laptop. I should have tried the demo first because nobody mentioned how fucking terrible the Ninja Gaiden 2 camera is. Seriously I played for like 30 minutes and don't think I'll be going back. Sucks since I loved the first.

So far I've bought Fight Night, DA2, and NG2. If nothing good comes tomorrow and Monday I'm just gonna end up buying both Fallouts so I don't have to swap discs.

I think they have aged pretty well, I mean the graphics aren't stellar, but it is a remake of a N64 game. The camera angles can get annoying sometimes, but overall both games are solid platformers, with many worlds to explore and many collectibles to find.

 
King of Fighters finals on Evo stream 1 for anyone else that wants to regret purchasing the game at the start of the sale because you will never be playing the same game.

Thanks for the heads up, forgot about it. Even though it doesn't get as much viewers as other games, KoF bas been so hype last 2 EVO's.

I was really looking forward to buying South Park stick of truth since i got about 50 dollars in my account left, from the best buy promo last year. Do you think that the game is worth it as i don't like buying disks anyways? I mean the price is still decent Im just not sure. Suggestions please!

It's a great game and awesome if you're a south park fan. Game play is pretty simple and it's relatively short for an rpg. Difficult to recommend at above 40 but an instant buy at $20
