wow, if i wouldn't have bought gow2 and 12 month XBL, and have an extra controller - i would be on this deal like bees on honey
 
90 extra bucks for GoW2, an extra controller, 12mo Live Gold, and 3 XBLA games? not too shabby.
 
Don't forget their ridiculously good return policy. If m 360 hadn't broken few weeks ago I'd buy this (still can since I bought my current one from them, but still...)
