They don't have a bundle of xbl time and ms points as far as I know, and there is no 800 point card.
Also K-Mart has a 12+1 month card for $30.

There are 400 point cards and you could get two of them to make 800 points. They usually come in a package with other items (headset, chatpad, games) so they are mostly available on e-bay. Also might find 200 point cards the same way.

Yes, at Walmart and Bestbuy most of the time they're sold on request.
