I don't know about you, but finding one for retail has been quite impossible for everyone I've talked to....so 39.99 is a great deal!

Agreed. I paid $39.99 + 9.25% CA sales tax when I lucked out upon some of these at a local Gamecrazy.

SO yes, $39.99 shipped is a deal plus they are in stock. Call your local major electronics/video game shops and doubtful you will find any in stock IMO. These have been sold out and pretty limited availability, especially the AKUMA fightpad.
