Xbox 360 Slim - 4 gb console

There have been reports of RadioShack having the 4GB Kinect bundle on sale for $199 during Black Friday. I'd wait until then to jump on that. I'm pretty sure you can resell the Kinect if you're not interested in it to shave the cost even more.
 
Wait for Black Friday, Amazon will have the best deal then most likely. They'll match any deal others offer plus usually throw in a gift card and there's no tax and free shipping so that saves you money too.
