Multiplied by four to get it to the same amount of time covered by the 12-month card, the price comes out to $52, so no it is not a good price.

there is a special promotion on the xbox dashboard that you can get 4 months for $9.99. i signed up for that promotion 2 days ago, not sure if it still available. else, you can get 12 months for around $35 at amazon.com or buy.com.

This isn't bad for the people that only play online over the summer. Not much use for people that need it year round though.

It was available yesterday when I signed up for it. I wouldn't be surprised if it is still available for a little while longer.
