As an aside, game codes take priority over PayPal, and if paying through PayPal then I require you to change the currency first.

Not sure if US Gamestop-bought codes world worldwide, heard they might.

Can't really give an accurate price, usually when there's a competition it's one you have to redeem there and then.

Unfortunately the rumour of it coming to XBLM for 160 points and kicking everyone who bought codes in the balls was not true. D:

Tbh I'd just go for the helmets from Reach/Waypoint. It's nice to have something rare but it's pure asthetics.
