Xbox Live TV Shows?

So we'll be able to download movies in a few days. What about TV Shows? I only got basic cable and I only get old episodes of Robot Chicken on Teletoon. Will we be able to download TB Shows too? All I see on the marketplace are UFC and VIva Pinata. Also, I hope it doesn't cost a cent for TV Shows.

Its really ccoming to Canada, they announced it at E3 but i though the let us down.
