Xbox one dvr clips don't show achievemnts pop up?

The notification came up when I recorded the clip, then when I go to view it it doesn't appear.  Is that strange?

 
I'm not really sure how to explain this, so sorry if it sounds confusing. Basically, it's just a matter of the different apps not communicating with each other. It's the same thing with Twitch. I could be streaming and achievements will pop for me while I'm streaming, but they won't pop for my viewers.

 
It has to do with how the DVR works... To try to explain the above better.

Suppose you have a 3 layered window the lower layer is gameplay, middle is the DVR, and top is the X1 System that triggers achievements and other notifications. The DVR only sees the bottom layers and nothing above it. Much like a home DVR... It will record your show, but won't show you opening the menu/guide for the box.
