Xbox one Keeps ejecting my blurays and games ;(

It just makes a noise and then ejects my games n blurays even if I'm not playing it. Tried everything to fix it but now only option was to call microsoft.

Called and I am getting a replacement so they gave me 3 options

 1.Ship it and Repair it (4-14 days)

 2.Ship it and get a replacement (4-10 days)

 3.Put a hold on my card for $450 get a replacement in 2 days then ship the other console back.

I chose option 2 because don't know how long they are going to hold on to my money and I needs my moneys. lol

Just shipped the console on the 6th via fedex and it says it will arrive on Thursday sigh

I will call microsoft and see if I can get a free game

Yeap this is a common fault with a lot of the day one launch editions. The disc drive is FUBAR and MS will have to replace it. Though there is a video of a guy turning it over and whacking it a lot which apparently fixes the issue, but I would just let MS take yours and give you a new one as you have already done.

MS gave out free game downloads of either 1) Forza 5 2) Dead Rising 3 3) Zoo Tycoon or 4) Ryse last month, not sure if the promotion is still going on.
