Xbox One, Voice Chat Through Speakers?

So I use some nice headphones for gaming using the optical output. However i cant find a way to make the voicechat come through the tv (and thus through my headphones). So its impossible for me to use them while playing multiplayer

But the other day I was gaming and somehow it got screwed up and I was getting voice chat THROUGH my tv (but my mic wasnt working so I had to talk through kinect) and then it stopped.

So incase I made this far more confusing than it needs to be.

Is there a way I can make voice chat/party chat etc come through my tv speakers (or in my case headphones) ?

And ill use my xbox one mic to talk into (I just wear it around my neck like I did with the 360)

if you use kinect to chat (for the mic) it will come thru the tv. kinda lame, but its not that bad really. just as long as your not in a room with lots of others. works with headsets though. something for now till an adapter comes out.
