xBox Value?

I would edit the description to say the controller is not an official Microsoft controller, someone who buys it could go back and say they didn't know it wasn't official even though the picture shows it is a Gamestop controller.

$120? I would sell it for at least $75. I would have sold the games alone, because people hate buying combo auctions. But that's just my experience.
 
An Xbox is $50 from reputable dealers.
Most of those games can be had at Gamestop for $3,
and honestly nobody is going to buy it for those games.
You want a quick sale, it's worth $50 at most.

Not to mention that all the games are disc only, which hurts the chances of a sale.

OP, you might want to get some generic cases and print up inserts for them, that would increases chances for a buyer.
