Just grabbed the last one at the local BJs in Woburn, MA. It was priced at $71.50 with a $30 instant rebate. They had the game alone for $35!

The 360 version was marked down to $70-something...

Pretty good deal, but how popular are BJs? I haven't even heard of them, as far as I know they don't have a ton of stores.

BJ's is like Sams Club or Costco... wholesale club where u buy some stuff in bulk (like food and stuff) they likewise charge a yearly membership fee. Good deal if ur a member. It is fairly popular in the northeast and Florida I believe.
