Best bet is to call your store. Some reportedly have already sold what they got or are planning to put them out Sunday instead of Monday. Is it confirmed or still a rumor?
actually they make most of their money off their japanese reality show called "stupid americans"Nintendo doesn't want to make $5 a pop on these but they want to limit them enough so scalpers make $100+ on eBay? Collectors item my ass.
Gonna be difficult to get a Switch, since they're holding them until the 28th.And if you don't get a NES Classic, you buy some other shit in the atore, maybe a Switch.
2 stores near me told me their nes classics are being held until Friday with the switchesGonna be difficult to get a Switch, since they're holding them until the 28th.
Guess you could camp out in the store for 4 days.
Hop inside a fridge or dryer maybe.
And every store in the area is going to be sending people there all week to get one when people ask to check stock...2 stores near me told me their nes classics are being held until Friday with the switches
If I didn't have to be at work I'd try to get one. I might try during my lunch and see, but I'm not going to hold my breathThe NES isn't in this week's ad, nor does going to the product page for it let you search for stores that may have it.
It's because most stores have it but are holding it for tomorrow. If it showed what stores had it then people would come in asking for itThe NES isn't in this week's ad, nor does going to the product page for it let you search for stores that may have it.
I know it's reddit but a lot of the "employees" on the Nintendo sub are saying that some places are letting them go today. Would they be getting in trouble at all or can managers really say it if they want? I'm gonna have to check my BBY when they open anywayBest Buy will sell them on Monday at open for the NES Classic, and Friday for the Switch. All stock at stores that have it will be held for these dates.
I found the answers to your questions:Can anyone check the stock for my local store?
Would it be possible to go into BB and reverse one today?
They already got it and scanned it into store inventory.Does the GameStop google spreadsheet show it will be getting it or if it's on the spreadsheet that means they already got it?
If you went in reverse you might be on to going back into time. I'm sure then they can reverse you one.Can anyone check the stock for my local store?
Would it be possible to go into BB and reverse one today?
I saw that, but only one store in my area (NVA) shows it as "on display", and that is Rockville MD (out of 25 stores). The NES Classics are showing "On Display" now at certain stores on the webpage.

I was the first one at my Best Buy this morning and they said they are doing tickets tomorrow morning.Confirmed BB is selling it NOW. My store had 5 and I was the damn lucky last one to get the ticket! Just be sure to make them pm the ticket advertisement for the extra controller and extension cable as they came up regular prices.
Mine doesn't show on display but they told me they will have them out tomorrow morning. So if it says "on display" that means only those stores has it right? No need to go to your local stores if it doesn't say "on display"?
Most likely it means that a shelf display tag was made for the units that way when stores look up inventory it won't say it's available. At my store we had another store send 4 people over saying we had them when we couldn't sell them till SaturdaySo if it says "on display" that means only those stores has it right? No need to go to your local stores if it doesn't say "on display"?
wait what? If people can *camp out* for BF or the release of a new video game/system, then weather isn't going to stop them.If they only have five per store you're going to have to get their pretty early to get one of these things. Need a way to find out how many each store has for Monday. Thankfully, it's easier in the cold weather states. People don't line up as early. In the south or Cali you're just screwed.
Then they won't get anymoreSo........what if the store ended up selling tomorrow's inventory today?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cphNpqKpKc4Then they won't get anymore
Obey the Shiba Inu!!!!
Were they selling it today?came back from my local Best buy they said they had 25ish in stock and some other Best buys had the same number of stock as well
You should already be in line at one of the stores that didn't sell their inventory today or earlier. How early should I go? Two hours before opening?
Sadly, this. You should already be in line at one of the stores that didn't sell their inventory today or earlier.
Anywhere between 7 and 16 from what I saw when they looked it up on RSS for me.How many are stores getting? I'd like to know if worth my while at all or not
Ummm yes they are lol. They can lose their authorized reseller privileges with Nintendo for selling above msrp.So why doesn't BB sell these for $200+ or Nintendo as well? Stores aren't under some obligation to not increase prices.
