While I'm extremely excited about this I still want to wait for reviews on the browser. Could be a deal breaker for me. The 32GB version will let me places all my music and movies on one PMP instead of having an iPod for music and one for movies when I had my touch along with my 30GB classic (I could only fill half at any time)
 
I'm going to wait until I see some real world reviews. Plus I want to know if it will work with my iHome Zune dock. That alone is a big deal breaker for me since I already have a 80 gig Zune.
 
this has my interest somewhat.. it does have hdmi out ? Thats pretty awesome because i can carry movies on it and watch it at friends hourse or w.e in HD.

is newegg with cashback currently the cheapest?

Don't be too shocked if a third party cable is made that does HDMI through the USB/data port.

It has HDMI out ONLY with the dock (sold separately) which is $90 I think.



Also, they will have this up on Zune Originals and there will be other colors, which colors though are unannounced.

actually buy.com with bing cashback (min. 8%) would be the cheapest i think

if you're waiting for an 80gb/120gb zune hd, its gonna be a while. High capacity flash memory for mp3/mp4 players are still pretty expensive. If you really need that much storage, your current options are to just get a hard drived based player. The zune 120 is $230 @ newegg.

However, rumor is (or maybe this is fact, not sure) that apple is releasing a 64gb iPod Touch Gen2 this year for $399.99. That should be enough storage capacity.

Well there's two trains of thought to this.

One is that with 32GB, its possible to hold enough music/video to last a day, which would normally be enough time for you to return to your computer and sync new music/videos for the next day if desired.

The other is that its nice to be able to choose from your entire selection at whim.

Personally, in any given day, I only listen to 5 or 6 different albums using a portable mp3 player so it's definitely enough for me.
