Zune questions

Got a brown 30gig Zune at a going-out-of-business tweeter sale for $150. Now I have a few questions. I've searched the forum, but can't find answers.

The main thing I'm interested in is putting videos on my Zune. Can someone point me to some sites where I could download tv episodes in a format that Zune will play?

Is there a way to convert dvds that I own to a format that I can put on my Zune? If so, could someone tell me how or point me in the right direction?

We really can't point you anywhere to download TV shows as that would be illegal. Thats like asking if we can help you find roms. Regardless, there are many sites outs there and many programs to convert your DVDs and such.
