Help - Gamestop buy 2 get 1 for Accessories

I tried posting this in the actual buy 2 get 1 free thread under the main deals forum, but that thread is just a gigantic list of what people will buy. I actually need help with the deal.

I need to buy accessories, which are listed on the coupon, but do not seem to work online. I add three used wiimotes and it gives me full price. If I add three used games instead, it clearly shows one being given free.

Has anybody had this happen before and know of a way to get around the error? I was able to buy three wiimotes in store and the buy 2 get 1 free deal automatically worked, no problems.
 
Sound advice Howard, one of the few times I would falter on my beliefs. I am one of the .001% of Americans that does not have a phone. I did ask the manager at gamestop while I was there why it did not work online, and he could not give me an answer. I was hoping perhaps someone has had this happen before with a similar deal.
 
There's a coupon code you have to put in for the deal to work online. When you go to their site, click on the ad about the sale and it will list the coupon code.

The code doesn't work with three Wiimotes for some reason.
