Sorry to be a bit OT, but the ad states that the code to unlock Fate of Atlantis in Indiana Jones: Staff of Kings (Wii) is a Gamestop exclusive?!? How can that be? I hope there are other ways to unlock it, like finishing the main game or something.

Hasn't been a decent Used Deal of the Week for 360 owners in a long time.

edit: Unless Quake 4 was one of these. I don't remember because I already have that game.
 
Wow, yeah. I'm no so upset that I missed this weeks ad. Definitely not. Whole bunch of fail all the way around.

It's news to me that either of these games sucked, the UFC demo was really good, and I havent heard any complaints about punchout.
 
Neither of those games suck according to reviews - but you can still buy Punch-Out from Amazon for $40, and I imagine you can get UFC for cheaper than the $60 retail too - so the coupon just wouldn't make up for that.

Anyone else notice that Tales of Vesperia has dropped to $26.99 (used) on Gamestop's website? Mix that with the 25% off coupon (provided you buy punchout etc..) + edge = $17.55 - that's good eatin'!
 
Do you think it will be possible to buy the game and return it without them taking the discount off of the used games?

I don't know what I hate more... their bonus trade in coupons or the "buy this new game and get something used xx% off" coupons.

High probability; I will buy punchout, use the coupon and take the punchout I purchased and return it on the receipt I bought earlier in the week.
 
Nintendogs for less then $15 (including Edge bonus)? My kids will really like that. I actually can't afford anything more expensive right now, so I can dig it.

made the thread worth opening when the coupon didn't deliver. otoh, I'll be out of the country for 10 days starting tomorrow, so I'm kinda glad it's a bad one.

Uhm, both games are excellent, and getting great reviews.
 
I don't suppose that UFC coupon stacks with the Edge Card does it? Would be nice to get 35% off a used game...but 25% is still nice since I was gonna get UFC anyway.
 
OP lists Call of Duty 4 for Xbox 360 at $30. Looking at the add it should be $40 for the PS3 and 360 versions. The PC version is $30. Which is already what they are priced at, these dropped last week.

Also, the ad lists the PC version of Terminator 4 at $50 not $60 as stated in the OP.
 
Lame coupon is lame.

I've deleted a couple posts which entailed actions which fall under the fraud umbrella. Dont discuss such activities here.
