picked up Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Splinter Cell: DA but I just realized that Splinter Cell is on back order. any idea when its going to be back in stock? Awesome deal though $85 for two new 360 games shipped to my door. thanks again CheapyD
 
US version may work out to be that price if you go for the TRU sale, assuming you buy 3 360 games... comes out to about $40 each before tax.
 
TRU deal would be awesome if the one in my area actually kept anything in stock. There are never any 3 games I want at TRU at the same time, let alone at the same location.

For the $17+ savings, I'm willing to wait. I just don't know what to do now. My Phoenix Wright 2 shipped yesterday, not to mention all the other games already in my backlog.
 
This Circuit City deal is actually on par. When you figure its $59.99 but according to the CAGwiki the trade in value for the free Xmen 3 official game is $16 so thats $44 for Marvel UA. A little less if you have edge card. This of course is if you can't wait and don't mind store credit.

Thanks Cheapy. I was hopeing that this one would be region free. Im glad I finally got in on one of these deals. The last couple that I wanted I picked up in the store before I realized that it was region free.
 
How are the UPC's on these PAL games....are they indeed universal? I just don't want any problems trading them in later on, down the line? I know that the cover art is different...but does anyone know if the UPCs are.

This might be in the wiki for Play Asia games so I apoligize if my questions is already answered but does this version come with an English manual? Thanks!
 
I have traded my region free Tomb Raider a few months back at a EB with no problems. When it didn't scan he just entered it in.

The manual is in english for the poster above.
 
Ordinarily, cover art and USA versions are an important sticking point with me...but since these aren't PC, GH, PH versions....and with the tremendous savings, I think that I'll be joining the lot of you in going abroad. Plus, it gives a little to our grand poohbah, CheapyD.

a month ?? i've receieved items in as quick as a week.. and 2 weeks being the longest.
 
Damnit cheapy...this is my first 360 import. I am upto 18 games that i dont have time to play but I gotta get my Dr Strange on.
 
Thanks for the heads up! I'd never actually made a purchase through Play-Asia, but this one pushed me off the proverbial fence and finding out that they accept PayPal made me about 1000% (yes, that's the right number of zeroes) more confident in the transaction.

Hopefully Microsoft doesn't get concerned enough about this sort of thing and start to take measures to all but totally eliminate this option for us in the future.

Thanks Cheapy, I was S.O.L. on the CC free Xmen game deal, so I ordered from Play Asia last night and the game was shipped this morning.

Not sure the Xmen game was worth an extra $20 anyway.

Wow, my order shipped the same day it was placed. Play-Asia is really on the ball with these orders. I'm actually hoping it takes a long time to get here, what with the load of awesome games dropping holloween, not to mention all the spectacular games I'm currently playing through.
