(OOS online/Delisted)$30 Munitio MW3 9MM SE Earphones @ Bestbuy

I bought these when they were $30 and love them. Sound quality is great and they double as a hands free mic with your phone. Note they are not compatible as a game mic set for Xbox, etc. nice find. Grabbed a second set.
How long is the cord? If put my ipod in my pocket, I need a decent length.
This. And the input jack end, is it straight or 90 degree'd?

I only ask this because I have terrible luck with earbuds...its always the case of one ear going out which i assume is because a wire got ripped within the cording (either right under the earbud itself, or close to the input end), leading me to never want to hardly pay any more than $10 for earbuds after several expensive pairs leading to the same bullshit fate.
The cord is 120 cm or 47.24 in or 3.94 ft.

the end is a 135 degree. ie.

too lazy to take a picture :/
I could swear they were 90 degree. Mine are used for when I go running and mobile gaming. No complaints so far.

I have these and they're okay. They were way overpriced at $90 and were still overpriced at $30, but $20 is a decent buy if you're in the market for them.

are they comfortable to wear? I usually only wear earphones that go over the ear, and then slightly go in. because they don't fall out and are comfortable in the ear. usually the ones you have to stick in i find uncomfortable, so curious how they feel in ear, can anyone comment on that?

edit: nevermind I'm an idiot, looks like they do go over the ear, still curious how comfortable they feel when wearing em though

If anybody is in the need of a new controller the also have the MW3 Controller for 40$ (with Free Shipping) on BB.com . Thought I would inform everybody.

WTH the reviews are excellent on these things (Best Buy.com and Amazon) but they cost $50 on Amazon (4 out of 5 stars). The reviews also mentioned you should break these in for 3-5 hours before they reach their full potential. Only $20 on Bestbuy, so what the heck why not, they will go great with my iPad.

They were really comfortable for me. Much Better than Skullcandys which cost just as much. The Audio jack is slanted like shadow said. I think you also get a 2 year manufacturer warranty.

like just watched an unboxing video, and best way to descrip the audio jack is shaped like a ray gun.

Grabbed a pair.
Stock locator said zero, but best buy is a 30 second walk from work. Got the last pair.
Thanks OP, needed a new set of headphones.
show your love for call of duty with bullets in your ears!
Um, no thanks.

Good price though.
Saw this unboxing video on Youtube, it clearly shows the audio jack, has a slant sorta looks like a ray gun. It shows a good close up at 6m28s.

Thanks for the video link Poor2More.
Additionally I "See what you did there." How to link to a specific time in a YouTube video by adding "&feature=youtu.be&t=6m28s" without quotes and replacing the hour and minute digit with a desired one at the end of the url. I understand this feature has now been around for a little while, but it's not that well known. Thanks

WOW!
I just stuck these in my phone to play Mother 3 on a break at work.
Sound was absolutely beautiful.
Well well worth it.
Thanks again Enuf!

Are these loud enough to drown out the music at the gym? My cheapy ipod earbuds don't and I don't think I should be using my in-ear Shures at the gym.

I Like my sound loud and I had to bring these to half volume, anything more was to loud.
So yeah, they're plenty loud. And the loss of sound quality as you get louder is non existent.

Just bought 2 pairs. I'm using them with my iPod right now. They sound nice for the price, even if there is too much bass for my taste. I tend to like my sounds flat without headphone programmed EQs. The real kicker for me is that they are comfortable. I love the idea of in ear headphones, but never found ones that didn't hurt my ears after a couple of hours. These are doing great so far.

Thanks for the heads up.

I didn't see this mentioned but these are in ear earbuds that also have an adapter clip that kinda makes hang off your ear. Hard to explain but I've never used the clips because I prefer in ear. I use these fairly loud and they do drown out the sound of the cars going by.

Nice. I just put in my order. That's the reason I bought my shures in the first place: drowning out idiots without blowing out your own ears. Hoping these will be a nice cheap alternative for the gym.

just came to say thanks OP, went to the best buy in garden state plaza, Paramus, NJ, they had like 4 left in case anyone is close and wants to get one, gotta love CAG!

Keep in mind per several review, these have a break in period of about 3 hours, and Bass will fill in much better. Not exactly sure what this means but I heard the same thing from several different site and customer reviews on Amazon

Went to the best buy by me and I couldn't find any, would these be in the video game section or mp3/headphones section? I looked in both, but more so in the mp3 section. I would buy them online, but I can't ship it to store and shipping charge to my house kind of kills it for me. Any advice fellow CAGs?

For the Blops controller, I went in store and ordered it (go to in-store pick up area). I wanted free shipping to store, but the employee said shipping to my house was free too.
Were they orig 50$? Cause on BB it says 29.99.
$90 I believe there were 4-5 different MW3 heasets at launch saw the LE set on sale for $170 neat these but I'd get some beats by dre way before I'd pay for that.

Wow. That's a pretty steep discount then.

If you're ever in the market for high quality headphones, don't get beats. It's all just marketing. Do your research and you'll find more bang for the buck.

bout to head to BB to get a pair for myself $20 is too good to pass up.

edit:just got around to checking my email & there's 2 $5 certs so $10 + tax for me

Just got these headphones today and I'm a bit disappointed, dont get me wrong they are pretty good headphones but in my opinion the skullcandy ink'd or riot (if you need a mic) are way better and cheaper then headphones then this

Thanks OP :D. I bought three of these for that price today, one for Pops on Father's day, one for Wifey, and last one for myself. Most of the reviews are saying there's a break-in period for these before they start sounding good, we'll see...

yes around 3-5 hours break in period, then it has a much better sound scape and bass fills in really good after that period, majority of the reviews who compared these and the Beats by Dre earbuds, agree these are a little better and at $20, 5x cheaper then Beats.

Thanks for the reassurance Poor2More ;)

Too bad they don't sell the regular (non-MW3) version for this price.

When people see me wearing these they think it's some cheap crap that was included in a MW3 collector's edition like the Saint's Row headphones.

Is it important what they think? As long as the headphones sound good, then it's fine. And it's not like these things are emblazoned with MW3 logos. I'm looking at them right now, and it's hardly noticeable...
