Speaking of which, my friend is playing Tomb Raider. He is one of those who didn't like the gameplay mechanics of Uncharted. And as I predicted, he is enjoying Tomb Raider a lot. And also as I predicted, he just thinks Lara is "more fun" to play than Drake. This is laughably ridiculous to me, because both games have such similar gameplay mechanics, from the shooting and cover system, the dodge/evade, to the climbing and traversing. The biggest difference between the two is that Lara has a bow which is totally badass and the bow introduces some cool interactions, but the two games share way more in common than my friend wants to admit.

They're still very different games, all aspects considered. It's not all that weird to like one and not the other.

Chris G beat perfect legend 3-1 with green arrow. PL used black adam first and then lost 2 straight with scorpion.

That seems fucking ridiculous. Chris G must be a serious pro with GA. I mean, he's good and I love him, but I never thought I'd hear of him sweeping a tourney. Seems more like Aquaman territory.

Chris G is a tournament monster he's been top 5 in almost every game this year if he doesn't win at that game.

He won marvel,injustice,divekick and placed 3rd in AE and was still pissed that he lost.

Oh correction PL switched to cyborg on the final match.

PL beat chris G first with black adam, then lost he switched to scorpion then lost and then switched to cyborg I forgot he switched to cyborg

Nobody knows how to block Chris G's use of GA's ice arrow. One you get hit with it, you will be taking an unscaled amount of damage. And he has a dirty set up with GA's super. GA is top ten in the game, maybe top 5, but everyone rushes to the easy characters to use (Supes, Scorpion, Doomsday, Cyborg, etc). It's also one of the reasons why there were some really great Harley Quinns at CEO.

I've never seven seen DK, but several of the podcasts I listen to insist it's amazing. Just sounded silly to me.

I wonder if Mattrick was asked to leave, or if it is just a coincidence?  Zynga is in the toilet and may have been courting him already, so maybe he just wants to start over and do that "fix the broken company" shtick.

A bit OT, but I tell you, these corporate heads may have a lot of pressure and responsibility, but the failure to reward ratio just makes no sense at all.  Any other job where you fuck up noticeably and publicly and you lose everything: job, bonus, etc...and you rarely get a chance to jump into another high-paying job with assloads of benefits.

It's easy to be a top ten character when most of the roster is trash. Surprised by the use of Cyborg as I haven't seen a single good one yet.

I wouldn't say trash. I would say underutilized or unknown at this conjecture. Like say, for instance, Catwoman, Wonder Woman and Flash are regarded are really good by many top players, but yet nobody uses them because they have a larger learning curve than Superman and Scorpion at this point.

Part of it is also that the MK players are used to counterpicking when they lose. And you'll see most of the AE/Mahvel players sticking with their main characters despite a potential bad match-up. But who knows how everything will be now after the patch this week.

I wonder what my Uncharted hating, Tomb Raider loving friend would think of TLoU?  Since I don't like it, I'm guessing he will love it.  Ellie swears like a drunk sailor on shore leave, tells awkward jokes, and learns to whistle!  I LOVE HER SO MUCH.   Hnnnggggg

Yeah it was pretty much known that rayray and a girl were hit but no one really knew why. Everyone just kept saying he broke down the door he hit a girl and rayray tried to stop it. Apparently they had some of the story right
