Well, you might as well if you are even the slightest bit interested in the game. You're essentially getting it for $20. 

 
I know, but I've never played a SMT (main line, I have Devil Survivor which I liked and Soul Hackers unopened) game before, granted if I don't like it I can always get some of that back by selling it as well I suppose and I'd still have the $30, and you get some weird looking Amazon DLC coat I guess, so there's that.

 
SMT IV is a bit like Etrian Odyssey mixed with Devil Survivior or Persona 2. Depends on which one you played. Soul Hackers would most likely be the closest you get to SMT IV without playing Nocturne though that game really is a bit dated.

Either way, I read that paragraph and only saw $$$. You really can't lose with getting it. :p

Yeah, I'm going to think about it for a while but I'm sure I'll get it, just kinda wish there was a $40 version like most 3DS games :(

Hospital overcharged me like $600 and I just got the email with the refund reciept . Sweet. I probably could use the money to pre-order a PS4 but I'm gonna be a little smarter and spread it out some more. Bought the wife some clothes already, and I'll probably just pre-order some games I was thinking of skipping out on til later...

I agree. $50 is a bit hard to swallow for a portable game. Especially one that's an unknown (for me).

Hell $40 is a stretch. The pricing structure for games needs to be seriously overhauled. Even developers are saying $60 is sometimes too much for a game, but of course the ones saying that say their "answer" is to make sure you are getting your $60 worth from them when there are only a couple who can really claim that. Take Shadows of The Damned-I bought that for $25 and was incredibly happy with it. I would been annoyed if I paid $60.

I don't mind paying $50 for a portable game that's as high quality and massive in size as this. It seems like the game isn't scaled back at all compared to the console entries in the series.

 
There are few games I'd pay full price for.

SMT IV seems like it is actually worth the $50 unlike Resident Evil Revelaitons (Revelations) for the 3DS.

Yeah, they dropped the price on that game but whatever.

Maybe Ill watch the Warehouse Deals for a potential dinger so that I can save some money, granted it could actually be used and have no CN code, there's just too much stuff coming out soon that I want to get :/
 
MS sent me an e-mail informing me about my June rewards statement.

They gave me 0 MS points. WTF? Why don't they give me free points? This is dumb. 

 
I'm all in on SMT. I know it's gonna be a beefy game, and I don't mind considering that extra ten to cover the artbook and soundtrack. I also just want to give Atlus my money. I just hope I'm not dungeon crawler'd out.

Anyways yeah, i'm probably gonna get a new phone instead of a 3DS. I kinda want to wait for the next handheld.
