What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Exactly. This is how AWD has always been. Only issue is most people in here are just waiting for another amazing console deal. That and people use to post deals frequently but in the past few days there haven't been any updates to post anything of worth.

Seriously, this is nothing new. Once AWD updates, it will be back to normal but at the same time, it is already what it has always been.

And just so people stop complaining about no deals.

I already contacted Customer Service about ONTRAC a few times and I think Amazon finally removed it as one of their options. My packages were late and they got left at neighbors' houses. It was stupid. The neighbors just stole my stuff.

I'd say probably closer to a dozen lucky few. With a couple of them getting their orders canceled unfortunately too...

 
ONTRAC has been great to me.  They usually shows up before 10 in small vans and delivers my stuff at the front door.  If it's a small package, they'd put it in the mail box or under the doormat.  Never had a problem with them.  I even get Saturday delivery from them a few times.

Lol I have had them do that with my stuff. Most notably it was a big computer case, about 3x2 feet in size. It made me chuckle, wish I still had the picture.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Amazon use UPS to deliver Prime items? And isn't UPS only a Mon-Fri service? So a 2 day order should be delivered on a Monday if ordered on a Thursday if I'm not mistaken.

Just be careful when complaining to Amazon about late orders as people have had their accounts cancelled for abusing it.

I just want to be clear that I was not directing any comments at people talking about their shipments and posting pics. That is totally normal of course. It's just frustrating to see people still posting passive aggressive bullshit at the few people who got lucky with a cheap console.

And for the record I was not one of the few! I got both a 360 and Vita in my cart but didn't get the order through, as I've never done the 1 click ordering thing. I don't want to derail any further, I just can't believe some of the bullshit replies about how old my account is or which members deserve to get deals. You don't see me begging somebody to sell me  their Vita for cost after guilting them into replying to me, so what does it matter how long I've been a member?

Anyway, yeah I know I have been one to bring up age of accounts from time to time, but sometimes it seems like people come out of the woodwork just to bitch. It's more annoying than anything else in the thread really.

Anyway, this thread is pretty much trash. So just fill 'er up and then we wait patiently for Poker to make a new (normal) thread.

It's not really fair to blame the entirety of Ontrac for the poor behavior of maybe one or two delivery guys. I have had good experience with Ontrac, much better than with UPS and FedEx, but none of the carriers are perfect.

My scan / print out of it says otherwise.

People don't know this but a Gamestop manager can price adjust and price match items. Seeing as it was on the list a memo would have to go out saying not to use it. Even at that, it is in Gamestop's stores right now on the list.

It certainly will not go away just b/c of the BestBuy deal right now. If anything they'll limit you to 1 trade per game. Even at that, I doubt the few 100's of people trading it in is going to spark suspicion.

lol I came home to packages delivered like this before. No key though.

Speaking of leaving notes on the front door, I have left a thank you note for the UPS guy when I ordered a set of kettlebells from 15lbs-50lbs through the powersytem sales a few weeks ago. Surprisingly, it was sent in boxes about 40lbs each. haha

The usual UPS guy is always nice. He even asks me for advices on how to stretch his back out after work. You always hear negative stories about the delivery guys, but a lot of them are nice and deserve praises.

Eh, Fifa's base value is still up there where need for speed tanked.

Fifa games do hold their value since its not like other sports games where you just buy it for a roster update. same reason why tiger wood games still have a decent value for older ones.

 
How do you guys track pages? There's one certain item I'm waiting to drop in price, but page monitor keeps reporting false changes and it's annoying as hell.
