Yeah, I bet you're right. Dang it. Gonna have to be a rental I guess. Unless I can use a save file editor, but I have no idea if a save file editor can edit "who" the save belongs to. I'm so annoyed at myself for deleting my save. Barely even played the damn game ha.

At least a rental only ties up the money for a few days (moot if you have GS credit) and the time to go there twice.

When I take it back, do I just say "I don't want it anymore"? hehe And fend off their JOIN OUR REWARDS PROGRAM jazz :) Maybe I could find a used DS game I want or something while I'm there to assuage my guilt. I NEED A SAVE THO. Can't believe I deleted my damn save and am now so desperate for one.

 
Hoooly shit, does True Trophies ever love to send e-mails.  They've sent me around six or seven since I signed up a few hours ago.. mus be one every time you earn a trophy or something.

Change your settings they send you one for every little thing as default. Such as friend adds and weekly news and reminders for sessions. It is a great site for finding partners to get trophies though. Easy to setup a time and game and people join quick. At least for achievements they do. this site is new so it may take a bit for everyone to register and find out about it.

My excuse was "Oh I didn't know Dark Arisen was on PS+ when I bought it." Though you can just say you don't want it and they'll take it back no problem.

It's some armor and stuff mostly but the main thing is an unlimited use travel item that otherwise is very expensive (and limited in available quantity for the entire play through) from what I've read but I just started the game.

Even though it's from a few pages back, my PSN download speeds are also crazy slow. I have lived in a few different places and I use a wired connection but my downloads have always been very very slow so that I have to leave things on overnight if I want to make any kind of headway.

I am glad to hear that Ys comes out soon, thanks Frisky.

I don't often post here but I still joined truetrophies so I could see how the formula added up my trophies, and added myself to the leaderboard.

Yea, the list is very similar to the first Trine with needing to get all the experience, beat the game on a hard difficulty, and so on. How it should have been when it first came out.

Blows my mind that Credit Extension is my rarest trophy since it's fairly simple.  Very different list after that from PSNProfiles though.

I'm assuming that the saves for this game are protected (only work for the initial account) but since the game is just reading if the save is there, I wonder if we could just use someone else's generic save and then start a new game to get the unlimited travel?

Does anyone have a dragon's dogma save file that I can try this out with? Please?

It was mentioned there was one on GameFAQs I believe but I can't speak to anything beyond that let alone if it works or doesn't block you from getting trophies.

 
I recently finally played Guacamelee and it's by far the most fun I've had with any Metroidvania title this gen. Probably the only one I actually wanted to go back to after I finished the main story. Loved it.

I wish I was still fresh with Dragon's Dogma since the unlimited travel is exactly what would have saved me from massive tedium on my first play of it. Unfortunately it was on 360 and the save was destroyed anyway. This game is just not easy enough for me to want to start all over with. Be grateful for the fast travel! It almost tempts me to start it up again.
 
There's a glitch on the https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-us/home/main for me. Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen is listed as free on the Playstation Plus section, but when I checkout the price $39.99 shows up. I wasn't paying attention and got charged $39.99. Not to happy with that glitch.

I contacted customer service and they said they'll get back to me to see if I can be refunded. They said all sales are final though, so I might not get refunded. So stupid that I got charged for a Plus game.

That's strange. No such glitch for me when I was downloading it. In which country did you purchase your PSN Plus subscription for? And is that they same country that your account that you used to download DD: DA from? I know that it was available for the EU Plus subscribers last month, but I don't know if it's still there this month and here in the US as well, because I've never heard of anyone experiencing the kind of glitch you are talking about.

I have US Playstation Plus. The game shows up as Free until you go to checkout then the $39.99 showed up. I really should of paid attention before clicking purchase. I just got used to PS Plus games always being free, so I just hit Purchase all the time for them. Hopefully they refund me. My download history shows I bought the game on 11/7 when it is free on PS Plus, so hopefully that gives me leverage.

 
It doesn't work to download the dragon's dogma file from gamefaqs, if you try to boot it up with it it says you can't use a save file from a different user. I downloaded a save editor and tried to change the parameter file to my account, but it still doesn't work, there must be something within the actual save file that you have to change in order for it to work with your PS3.

Here's hoping that I'll get enough money to buy Dragon's Crown on the Vita since some of the CAGs seem to enjoy it a lot....wow, I should consider getting either the PS3 version or the Vita

PS3 has four player couch co op, makes a very enjoyable gaming night with buddies.
 
Just looked at TrueTrophies, I think I'm keeping my lowly 18,000 off of there...

And about the DA saves, it's locked to a specific account, no way to bypass that.

I'm glad this went up on +, I forgot how much fun I had with it.

That would be me...I've only had a PS3 since May, and have to share the TV with the wife and kids (who are still slaves to the 360)...
