What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Yeah, you're not helping my OCD and emotional instability ya know. Already had been obsessing over AWD for the last week then miss the action. Then Walmart comes along and I've been refreshing that garbage for two days now (or is it three?) while watching everyone else that had this monitor ship get it. This stuff's not helping me be any less crazy. :whee:

I was the first one to have that monitor go to shipped, only one who didn't have that monitor show up. Status hasn't changed but I sat here all day waiting for FedEx, got my hopes up seeing other peoples pictures and then nothing. Then people started posting that deliveries were getting intercepted and FedEx people were showing up asking about returning packages. I wish they would just change it to canceled or update it to being returned or something so I could stop tormenting myself with the thought that well maybe they could still show up tomorrow when I know better.

maybe you will get lucky, and get it. I am still amazed at some of the luck from those SDER, people are reporting having their monitors order cancelled/intercepted. SOme Sder posted a pic of 6 monitor being delivered today by fedex. what a joke walmart is .

 
I just thought since everyone here basically signed up for the Xbox One Conga line, maybe you guys should also check the Wii U conga line that I have going on right now. Only 8 refs, and 20 people are up right now!

String of hit or misses really. They cant intercept them all, some are going to slip through the cracks.

I don't know what it is but it's like since the GS ban hammer dropped not a whole lot has been going right and definitely not anything in the realm of being cheap.

Among others you are one of the few who has a knack for scoring deals, so chin up man. It is a matter of time until you get in on one. Also, on the GS ban front, the theory still remains to be tested that it is for a month so that remains to be seen if it is true or not. Hence, not all hope is lost.

It's only acceptable but there is still a black WiiU for $211.74 and the PS3 Arkham Origins CE up.  Someone buy that stuff.

Anyway, since AWD got me into this situation what keyboard should I order?  Something Prime elidgible that I can use my Amazon credit on, preferably mechanical (dome can be accepted if it's good enough and cheap enough), $100-130 top end.  I'm not opposed to the "gamer" bells and whistles like lights and macro keys but don't really need them.  I do like having media keys though and a lockout of the Windows key isn't bad either.  Mostly I just want it to be comfortable, reliable, and well made (ie. long lasting).

Don't want Corsair because while I've read lots of good reviews the one I'm typing this on has a ctrl key that "sticks" and while not always ctrl it seems to be a common problem with them that is only fixed by flashing a new firmware that lets your disable the media keys and Windows key lock.  The other one that let me down was a BlackWidow that arrived DOA.  I'm still open to the BlackWidow but that's at the top of my price range and because I bought the dinger off AWD I missed the sale on the BF4 version (which is back to $150) and I'm less than fond of the green.  So really I'm mostly looking for other recommendations before I just give up and order that one.

not awd related but I love how this went down. first I ordered pokemon y and it said ready for pickup the next day. printed it out and went up there only for their system to be down.  Next day i check my email and it says its cancelled but without giving a reason though I think we all know why.  But just a few minutes ago I got an email saying because I failed to pick it up today that my order has been cancelled. lol wut? the info specifically states that it would stay till the 20th if i were to pick it up.  I almost wanna just go there and see if I still can pick it up or not.

I bought couple of used controllers from AWD (ps3 and 360) and both were listed as acceptable but arrived with damage to the box only. Both are working fine to this day and I bought them over a year ago. Just a tip that if you do take the plunge, make sure you inspect it (nubs worn, grime or dirt in between the housing, etc) and plug it in to test if the buttons stick or analog buttons stick to one side or not. Only reason I say this is because couple of folks got one or two that were 1. used (and needed to be cleaned but worked fine) and 2. looked brand new but defective.

For what its worth I got a 10 dollar gift card from them for my cancelled elliptical. Received the gift card late last night. Maybe you will get one as well.

What is the chance of cancellation if I ordered the back-order item actually? I ordered both acceptable and good condition of the CE. But the good condition is back-ordered. The acceptable one is instock. I am confused What I can do now. I prefer the good condition but If I cancel the acceptable. I am afraid the good conditon is cancel because of the oos.
