In for Rabbids for $6, shows up as free shipping so why not. I enjoyed the past games and rented this one from GameFly a  while back, I'd say it's worth $6 if you can get a game going with some local people, probably not as much for solo play.

Well that's weird.  I ordered Rabbids, have the confirmation page, and they charged my GC but no email and it's not in my list of orders.  Meanwhile my CODBLOPS from a few minutes earlier are there and I just got ready to pick up emails.

Ordered one with free expedited shipping. My girl and I will get a Wii-U eventually.

Yeah, why not. Rayman Raving Rabbids was a game I got before the Wii even launched and we had fun with it at the time. So this will be a little nostalgic (as I haven't really played a Rabbids game since then).

Thanks for pointing it out as I probably wouldn't have noticed this offer on my own (nor realized it would take it all the way down to $6).

4 hours later still no sign of my Rabbids order.  We're about to leave for the store and hopefully beat the crazies (yes I understand the irony), guess I'll just bring the order number and see if they can tell me anything.

Thanks htz, got my Rabbids for $1.07 shipped after RZ cert. Apparently they're sending it with signature confirmation...never had that happen before.

I'll try it out with the family and see if my kids like it, TIV fodder otherwise.

They said this to me for my $4 Medal of Honor Warfighter, and I was annoyed since, you know, I WORK. Never home when they try and deliver. Anyways, they dropped it off yesterday without a signature.

Yeah, the 4 packages I got from their used sale all said that as well, they didn't make me sign for any of them

Well they couldn't find my order for Rabbids when I picked up my BLOPS so I guess I'm going to have to call them and figure it out.
Sounds like you just experienced a "ghost order". It happens occasionally, but as long as you have the order number and proof that your GC was charged (i.e., the GC number so they can look up its transaction history), you should be able to get your credit back.

If the order doesn't show up in my email and my best buy, but gc is charged. Does that mean I won't be able to receive the item? Cause I didnt write the order number down thinking I will get an email or something.

Unfortunately, it looks like you also experienced a ghost order, so yes, you won't get the item. The only thing you can do is contact a BBY rep on their forums with an explanation of what happened and your GC number (so they can see that you were already charged).

It's so stupid that this keeps happening. :wall:

Looks like both of my orders are "ghost orders." How does this work out when you have used promo codes and/or RZ certs?
Unfortunately, I think the promo code(s) is/are lost for good, though you can contact a BBY forum rep directly via PM and explain the situation in the hopes that you can get something for the trouble.

For RZ certificates, wait for 5-7 business days in case they automatically reappear in your account (I was told this might happen by a rep the last time I experienced a ghost order). If they don't, you have no alternative than to contact a BBY forum rep, explain the situation, and ask for your points to be manually added back to your account.

Remember: Assuming you used a BBY GC on the order, you should supply its number and PIN so the rep can verify that you were charged for the "nonexistent" order.

Ever since this happened to me with Injustice :)wiiu:) during its DotD, whenever I place an online order, I never close the tab containing the confirmation/order number unless I receive a confirmation email; if it turns out to be a ghost order, having the confirmation number should help to explain the situation to the BBY forum rep.

Thanks. I save all of my order confirmations to .pdf on the spot. I can show where the promo codes, certs, etc were definitely used.

Is there any particular rep over there I should PM? If not, what's the best thread to post in?

I don't know the best rep to PM, but if you go to the "My Best Buy Gamers Club" forum and scan the threads, you can see which rep tends to respond most often. Right now, Mike-BBY looks like the most active, so he might be your best bet.

It's cool that you save your order confirmations to .pdf right away--I should probably start doing that, too.

While I agree that sometimes I don't receive order confirmation emails for a few hours after placing them, aren't they usually in your account relatively soon? If you can't find them more than 6 hours after placing them, it's very possible they were ghost orders.

It has been 8 hours for me. I called CS and they verified with the "back office" that they have no record of these orders.

Yikes. I guess whoknows wins this argument. As I'm on the phone with BB CS I get email confirmations for both of my orders. They also show up in my .com account now.

After verification of "ghost orders" I was transferred to the RZ side. Got disconnected. Called back to RZ and they had to verify the "ghost orders" all over again (no orders in site and all CS agents verified that 8 hours is time enough for an order to show on their side), but eventually refund back 1K points. RZ rep does some leg work to try and get my COD BOPS II promo code back. After about 20 minutes (researching, calling depts, making notes, etc) she says she has someone who can help me an transfers me. I'm immediately on hold. Waiting for about 10 minutes and the order confirmation emails pop up. I just hung up.

Um...wow?

I guess I was wrong, then.
i doubt it. atleast not a good enough buy price. like a sale price of $20, before the $10 discount.
I was thinking it was 24 minus 10 but thats including the discount.

Question: What is this Black Ops II Wii U for $2 deal that I keep reading about? I cant find this coupon anywhere on Best Buy's GCU deals. I just got a Wii U and would not mind having a few cheap games for it. Thanks in advance.

Yeah. That OP has to be updated. Black Ops 2 :wiiu:  is $19.99, but the $10 off(online code) coupon is taking off $18 instead of $10.

Oh ok. I was trying to find the actual coupon (could not find it online). I assume this is one of the last coupons for the @Gamer magazine and not available to all GCU members?

If anyone has a Black Ops II coupon they arent going to use, I'd greatly appreciate it! Looking for more Wii U games since i just got one.
