Anyone play anymore? I haven't even seen anyone in the ol' CAG group play in a while, besides myself.
Standalone is still being worked on with no current public release, and there's at least 3 ARMA 3 iterations out now:
Zoombies -- Classic DayZ gameplay on Chernarus, with improved ARMA 3 engine/effects/weather/lighting.
Dead Nation -- DayZ on Altis/Stratis, I think.
Breaking Point - Its own thing, but very much DayZ-like gameplay. Lots of new guns, and it seems like they're going their own way with it. Zombies were re-done, and it's only on Altis right now. It's great, though, even for an alpha.
Only one I've played or gotten to work is BP, which I used to play on ARMA 2 DayZ. It's a solid experience that really made me reminisce about my first days with DayZ. I also need some people to play with (in A3 Breaking Point), if people are already playing it/want to look into it. It also has a buddy system that puts you in a group with someone, but it only works for two people. I think it'll be fleshed out greatly in the future.
