If that's the only requirement/the absolute definition of RPG then:

1) Saying something has "rpg elements" makes no sense whatsoever, since the only element in an rpg would therefore be whether you can play a role or not

2) Given the covenant system where you play a role as either a part of an evil covenant, good covenant, etc and that there are multiple endings based on whether you choose to play the role of linking the fire or being the dark lord, Dark Souls is absolutely an RPG.

Dumbass.

I've said it once and I'll say it again having not played it and based one screenshot, you're better off waiting for a bundle for F-Zero Part Deux .

Probably for the best. Nice dumbasses always tend to take it way too far because they're not used mean-spirited joking and next thing you know they're making some horrible rape joke and then apologizing profusely afterwards.

My Titanfall PC 1st impressions in dissertation format....

....has been postponed 'til I can actually get a connection to their servers. I tried last night for a while - and failed miserably and gave up. I wasn't the only one w/ these problems.

Maybe tonight since I'm home from work, I'll have better luck.

I'm a couple of hours into Spec Ops: The Derp.  At what point does it become 2deep4u?  So far it's just a nonsensical adaptation of Heart of Darkness/Apocalypse Now.  Mechanically speaking it's mediocre at best... not much better than Inversion.

You know I was just thinking the same thing. I thought, "what fresh hell are we living in where Mooby is being denied the ability to bemoan." All in due time good buddy as IG, Groupees, Humble weekly, and BlinkBundle should be tossing up some new ones here shortly. Hopefully. I just Shaq-fuing hate when Humble gives us android, novel or other non-steam game bundles, that two week lull is dreadful. I guess that's something to bemoan.

Spec Ops is pretty good, but it made me mad at a certain point. I was satisfied with the 5 hour length, I don't think I'd have wanted more than that. I had to reduce from Hard to Normal difficulty toward the end.
