Yes, even if you dislike the end that much there's DLC for that and the whole of the three games far outweighs it.

They announce it at the beginning of each month.

I would say extremely unlikely based on their current pattern. All PS4 PS+ games up to this point have launched as free PS+ games. When they break that pattern I would expect it to be with one of the first PS4 games that wasn't on PS+ and not one that's two weeks old and going to piss everyone off.

^ They're right about ME's inventory system. Worst part of the game. Still not enough to overshadow its awesomeness. First game I bought on 360 (*gasp*).

Generous review. I think it's one of those games that either clicks or doesn't. No in-between, lol. I tried the demo and was quickly put-off (sorry @pete). I didn't know it supports Move, though. This would make it the first ps4 title to do so. For that alone I will eventually try.

Probably the best thing to happen to PS3 users was to get the first Mass Effect condensed into that comic thing so you could get all of your decisions but without the tedium of going through the first game (too bad none of those decisions mattered). And you're right, a lot of it has to do with the sequel being much improved. The first game feels like it was made a lifetime ago in comparison. Telltale Games levels of slowdown, poor inventory system, lots of unnecessary driving on empty planets, messy UI, less teamwork. The first game didn't age well.

Holy shit, you guys that sell on Amazon might be on to something. I listed my Witch and the Hundred knight and it sold within an hour for more than I was asking on here.

It seems to be very feast or famine though. Things that are in demand without a lot of competition are like that, but more common items everyone seems to undercut each other until no one's making money but Amazon with their fees.

I loved Mass Effect when I played it. Then 2 came out and improved so much that I could never play the first again. I've thought about playing it on PS3 as it would be a pretty easy plat, but the tedium of visiting all the random planets that literally are one map, just rotated or mirrored would drive me to insanity.

Maybe there were two maps. "Let's have thirty planets people can visit, and use the same two maps for all of them. No one will ever notice!"

"And then let's make a fantasy game and do the same thing for every optional area in that game, too!"
 
The thing that kept me playing all the way through Mass Effect on Xbox 360 was the story, as that game ran like shit with constant freezing, framerate drops, and that terrible blur/cinematic filter made it look worse than it should've looked. At least ME2 was much better in those respects. It was weird to beat ME2 last week and start up ME3 this past weekend after being so used to the blurry/overexposed look of the previous two games.

 
Haven't tried selling on Amazon yet because a) the fees are higher than ebays and b)some of the bad stories about selling on there like tyler's blog or the one person who said that Amazon let a buyer return an opened game and get a full refund with the excuse "my kids beat the game after a week and I want my money back."

PS: Speaking of the first Mass Effect. That fucking elevator and its hard coded length to cover up loading times. You could go read the Mass Effect novels in the time it took to ride that thing.

Yep, played them in order. I was a little late to the party though; I remember I played the first one about a month or two before the second came out because I was thinking of picking it up and wanted to make sure I was caught up on the story. I'm not sure where to start... lazy level design, boring characters (with the exception of Wrex). Maybe I hyped myself up too much for it since I was a big KOTOR fan.

Finally played the second and third back-to-back last year after hearing from several people that I was making a big mistake writing off the series. So glad I listened to them.

Not so fast... while he didn't think 3 was a big step up from 2, I felt it was a significant improvement and the pinnacle of the series. Not as much a jump from the first to the second, but just about everything was perfected. Such a great game, and the way the side-missions tied into the main story was great considering where the series began. If I had a better memory of everything I had played I might dare to say that it had some of the best side-missions I've seen in a video game.

While Amazon's Pending sale policy is god-awful, it shouldn't be something to turn you completely off selling on Amazon since it only happens rarely. But if you've had success selling on ebay there's no real reason to switch to Amazon. I've had success with both, I just think selling on Amazon is much simpler and I've had great luck with buyers.

Despite what people seem to think of me I'm not a crazy seller. Aside from the random things I get that you can't sell on Amazon for whatever reason I've basically left eBay entirely and don't see myself going back unless something drastic happens (like Amazon bans me). The fees are slightly higher but people are also willing to spend more on the same item through Amazon than through eBay it seems.

Yeah, there's definitely poor buyers to be had anywhere, from ebay to Amazon to Craigslist. Part of it is just fear because Amazon's CS reps tend to take the approach of giving the buyer whatever it takes to shut them up and move on to the next case. The other part is usually just looking at the numbers and usually seeing that I'll take in more money selling on ebay. So for me, at least, ebay tends to be the better market.

I've actually had eBay give a buyer who opened a case against me a refund without penalizing me for it at all. They basically take Amazon's stance of "buyer over everything", but I made it clear my stance on the matter and eBay basically said don't worry about it. One of those cases of "oh, well, it was what I wanted, but I'm just not happy with "xxxx", and they expected me to refund but didn't want to pay the return shipping and wanted the original shipping refunded as well. I'm a reasonable guy, but that was crazy.

If you do play, start with the first one. People who like the second one better almost always started with it, the third one, or they played the first one way late. Just play in release order, for sure. And definitely get as much DLC as you can, but ignore Pinnacle Station. It is considered totally skippable by most fans.

Well, shit. Finished Octodad in about 2 and a half hours. Did I get my money's worth? Probably not, but I guess it's about the same value as a movie ticket. It's a funny,and cute little game, though. I probably won't play it again, unless I wanna show my girlfriend this TOTALLY WACKY GAME I JUST GOT!

Cel Damage HD is pretty fun but no online play and theres not even a story mode, theres just bots u play against and thats it. Ewww
