This is one of the drawbacks to waiting too long to play a game. Uncharted 1 was one of the best games I had ever played when it released. Then 2 blew it out of the water and 3 was still great.

I agree, I recently started Hulk Ultimate Destruction and heard great things about it, but it just didn't hold up for me. I stopped after about 3 or 4 levels.

I did play it late, got a ps3 in 2012. But I did play the series in order.

I got into Uncharted well after Uncharted 2 came out and before 3. I made sure to go straight to one, and it was enjoyable. But after playing 2, it felt like crap. 2 is a masterpiece and the most epic video game I have ever played.

Uncharted 1 just had too many annoyingly hard encounters, and the horseshit controls in the jetski up the rapids part that drove me nuts. That and the set pieces and generally setting just pale in comparison to the later games IMO.

That part made me so dizzy and nauseated that I had to stop playing that game. I picked it up again years later and was surprised that I was so close to finishing the game at that point. But I just couldn't continue playing Uncharted 1 back then.

Yeah I'm probably gonna use that for the trophy, but don't want to use it before then because it would make me a little overpowered.

I can't remember at what point I did it, around the time you unlock the first new area I think. All it really does is cut down on the grind of having to run off to the side and find something to refill your e-tank which is particularly annoying in the flooded area.

Played Uncharted 3 and found it, okay. Control lag is very noticeable (felt both in U3 and TLOU), so didn't consider playing U1 and U2. Uncharted GA was okay, as a showcase of the Vita. I'd like another Jak and Daxter, though. Loved those to death.

What are you in the mood for? Also, if you don't use backloggery.com, you should. It has a cool "fortune cookie" feature that can help with these decisions. Also, what I've done with some of the HD collections is pick 2 and alternate them. Kinda helps keep me from getting tired of the series before I finish the collection.

Dead Space is amazing; MGS 2 is amazing; PoP Sands of Time is Amazing; the rest peak later in their run.

Whichever you start with I wouldn't marathon the franchise, you'll just get burnt out.

Deadspace is great. But it's a pretty quick downhill after that. The others all have pretty steady quality or get better as the mechanics are refined.

I hated Dead Space 3. I love 1 and 2. 2 is probably narrowly the best for me.

Personality of a carrot? Says the blue block face thing. And no, Dead Space did not get better. The second is okay, and the third was blah/some would say bad.

Just the ones people took advantage of dropped, but I woudlnt say they tanked completely as they still have high values with the triple.  I can still get $27.03 for Ass Creed 4 and $45 for Lego Movie.  I need to get over there before end of week.

If you ever get around to the DMC collection I would just skip 1 and 2 and go direct to 3, it's a prequel and has the most refined gameplay. DMC 1 Is so much clunkier since its the first in the series and DMC 2 is just ass. Though since you just played Dante's Inferno another melee combo game probably isn't a good follow-up.

So I think the correct answer is no dessert until you clean your plate of Demon's Souls, one or two bites doesn't cut it Sonny.
