So in an attempt to clear out my physical games I'm playing Green Lantern PS3. It's actually a decent God Of War ripoff and it's short. However last night I got to a long boss fight, I think level 4 with some god chick or some shit and I died like 5 or 6 times. Worst part is had her down to 5% on just about every try. Maybe I was tired, maybe I just suck, but I'm playing the game because it's short as fuck and then I do this. Fail.

 
Wow congrats on the 100% Spelunky, can't believe there isn't a platinum for that, hopefully they patch it in on the PS4 version.

I dont want no more new versions of old games to be frank. I really hope play station 4 will get some JRPGs that's the whole reason why I got the playstation 4 because playstation 3 gots so many JRPGs that it could circle around earth twice. That's what I want for the playstation 4.

I never examined the gameplay footage they put up but I remember people saying it was really rough around the edges. Delays suck but if it's true hopefully the game is better for it. I want to see Ready At Dawn succeed on console because they have been a great developer on handheld.

If you have a second controller, activate a second player. Unless they both die at the same time, you can just keep on going in the fight.

Both games had their flaws.

Brutal Legend started out fun and went to shit when the RTS portion started, IMO.

Majin had a lot of backtracking which was frustrating when the Majin would fall down or just generally take forever to follow you. I still enjoyed this one, but it had frustrating moments.

 
I am not going to throw a fit about The Order being delayed.  The IGN crew said their play through's have been really bad and they are not holding out hope.  If a delay makes it better, then I am fine.  I will wait till the E3 announcements to really get upset.  I have a feeling Sony will have some surprise games that come out in the fall that will make everyone feel a little better about the lack of games.  If Order is Delayed, there will be other stuff to take its place.

speaking of sealed stuff being worth a lot, yakuza 4 is selling in the $50+ range too. oh how I wish I would've looked before opening it to take in to target trade-in (which turned out to be down anyways). poop.

I don't think IGN ever said it was really bad. I think they just said it was pretty average and not too interesting. Either way, i'd rather see a delay than a dud. The track record for delayed games recently has been pretty good (hopefully Watch Dogs will be another good example), so I am hopeful it's a good sign.

 
e3 for Vita more ports? Man I'd settle for 1 Triple AAA exclusive on Vita if it was something new and awesome. Why the hell hasn't Capcom ported RE4 to Vita yet? If we are porting that would be my #1 choice. I'd also play the fuck out of it.

I'm not so optimistic. I tend to prefer games get the extra time they need to be good, but this would probably be bad for Sony. The Order is their big game for this year. What else do they have other than The Last of Us Again, Drive Club, and The Witness? They need a marquis title for PR. They need more than ports and indie games to not suffer backlash from wider audiences.

Generally games aren't announced and then come out 6 months later anymore. Anything that could come out this fall would have been announced at last E3. The only other hope would be something that had been in development limbo until now, but it's best not to pin your hopes on that one, right?

To be clear, while I'm hoping for good things, I will still personally be happy even with the above scenario. I'm just speaking about the bigger picture. Microsoft is going to be aggressive and Sony can't be complacent.

the game takes a lot of heat for not being what everyone wanted (a heavy metal jack black platforming/action game), but in reality it should probably take heat for being a decent rts with a poor single player implementation.

I recently bought these but if this is true, I'll wait for the Vita versions as trophies will make it much more likely that I'll actually play it.

I also remember these games not looking so good so updated visuals would be nice too.
