Sorry. I also created the thread on another forum and trying to micromanage all the deals at 3am is probably not the smartest idea. >.<Your title is crazy misleading. Doesn't indicate that you need those coupons and I'm guessing those coupons likely aren't available unless you went to the event.
Otherwise that's a great deal and I would have bought both.
Damn, nice catch. Well no games for me then.Bottom of coupons say only at participating stores and no electronic picture.
Ask your store if they carry the coupon or that you "saw it online." Maybe some magic will help.Damn, nice catch. Well no games for me then.![]()
I'll check Friday. I just got a Wii U last week so I'll take all the cheap games I can get.Ask your store if they carry the coupon or that you "saw it online." Maybe some magic will help.
A best buy employee mentioned the coupons before the event started in the Smashfest thread. This makes me think it's more of a promo by best buy to get some cash out of gamers while they're there for the event. Who knows though..but it is possible these coupons only work at the best buys where these events were held. The stores are doing another event Saturday so may be worth checking out if you're near a store that's having it. I would also assume these coupons came with the Nintendo rep running the event and not the store.
It's on sale for $55.Doesn't 3D World have a MSRP of $60 or did they drop the price to $50?
Both are excellent and both are different. As far as which one's better that's hard to say. I think my gut goes a bit more towards DKTF but you can't go wrong either way.I'm not sure which to pick up, Mario 3D World or Donkey Kong. Anyone own em both and have an opinion?
They may have pulled them off the shelf to make sure they had them for the event. The Best Buy near me hosting the event is showing no Wii U's in stock at all (no MK8 bundle or New Super Mario Bros. U). You think the participating stores will get a shipment in for the event? Or even let me do an in store order and let me use the coupon?
The latter is certainly within their power, if you get a dumb employee tell them to use ExpressLane to order it. Their online ordering system OMS doesn't work on items that you have to scan the serial number for.The Best Buy near me hosting the event is showing no Wii U's in stock at all (no MK8 bundle or New Super Mario Bros. I'll keep that in mind if they don't have any physical ones in stockThe latter is certainly within their power, if you get a dumb employee tell them to use ExpressLane to order it. Their online ordering system OMS doesn't work on items that you have to scan the serial number for.
That's 6/22. This coupon for $30 off is better.I think I'll go with the Target Ad deal on Sunday now, $275 for a Wii U and a B2G1F on Wii U games.
True, but I don't have to wait in line for X hours to get / use it.That's 6/22. This coupon for $30 off is better.
the usps coupon should stack tooWell I was looking at the Mario Bros bundle as I'll get Mario Kart in the Target B2G1F, so
BBY is $299 - $30 = $269 or
Target $275
So for the difference of $6 I'm avoiding a queue.
I think what I'll do is head to Best Buy on Sat and tell them I want the coupon to buy a Wii U there and then but I ain't waiting in line for it, if they don't budge I'll just get it from Target next week.
You're better-off getting the $30 off the $329 MK8 bundle. You get a $40 Mario controller with it, plus the $60 game. you can then get NSMBU with the buy 2, get 1 free. For an extra $30, you get a $40 controller and the wheel, rather than the Super Luigi U. This might mean 1 less game, but I personally think Luigi is a dumb game. It's just a super-short version of NSMBU.Well I was looking at the Mario Bros bundle as I'll get Mario Kart in the Target B2G1F, so

He can get New Super Mario U through the Club Nintendo offer instead. You're better-off getting the $30 off the $329 MK8 bundle. Yeah but isn't it just another Wii-mote ?You're better-off getting the $30 off the $329 MK8 bundle. YMMV at best as other coupons the POS automatically rejects when there's a PM.Has anyone tried pricematching then using the coupon ?
