I am a little bit confused as to how that works. In theory, wouldn't it automatically charge you for the $50 Steam Wallet card if she processed a return for the mouse since it was a bundle offer? I would double check my bank statement just to make sure that you weren't charged for the Steam Wallet Card.

My online order was like $74 (which is still on my CC since it takes 2-3 days for the return to come off). When I picked up the order in store she activated the Steam GC which was $0.

She then returned the Mouse and I re-bought it for $54 after tax. The GC was never deactivated upon cancellation of the initial transaction. Now the Mouse is on it's own receipt only showing it as part of the purchase. (The GC is on the original Receipt but not on the "return" slip)

At least in my case, I visit it when I want to see a movie but for whatever reason it's not available in the Redbox kiosks near my home, or when something is simply not available locally. I've basically pirated two movies in the past year - Amazing Spider-Man reboot and X-Men First Class. I tried watching both before their respective sequels and no local kiosks had them, so...

Man, I used to pirate a lot of music, comics, and games. Nowadays I only do this to download games I buy on Steam - it's usually faster for me to download something through a torrent, install it, move the files to Steam, then install it there, than downloading the files from the client. Or when I want to find a game I'm interested in and I want to be sure I can run it before buying it (old games, usually.)

It comes with Viscera Cleanup Detail which is an interesting concept. You get to play as the janitor who is forced to cleanup after the mess you make in the main game.

The reason I don't condone piracy isn't because I'm against stealing.  (I totally am)  It's because game companies refuse to release certain content to our platform because they don't see it as viable.  They are totally lying sometimes just because they don't feel like porting a game, but they have a point most of the time.

Heck, I'm not the morality police.  I'm not going to do it, but it's not my place to go around telling people what they can and cannot do.

BTW, I know it's not completely a black and white issue.  if you buy something and the piece of junk won't work because of DRM or some other absurd reason that the company refuses to fix, go crazy and do what ya gotta do to get what you paid for.
